The booking was placed on a third-party platform, so the payment was not deducted by the platform but was due upon check-in. The mattress was too soft, so people with back problems should be careful. The complimentary bottle of water was only half the size of a typical bottle of mineral water, and the bathroom mirror was completely dusty when the light was on. Compared to similarly priced hotels in other cities, this hotel needs to improve its services to justify the price."
