I checked into the hotel and got a room that didn't have a balcony and when I opened the window I looked out and the view was of a stone block as you can see in the picture. I went down to the reception and wanted them to change our room and was told by my daughter that you get what you pay for and mine was an economy package. I found another hotel the day after we were supposed to stay at this hotel for 5 days. I have requested a refund for the 4 days we didn't stay but haven't received it. I was told by the staff and the booking office is not willing to pay. I will now file a complaint and see how this ends.

Animation war echt toll und bemühen sich total um die Gäste. Aktivität war sehr viel. Fast jeden Tag Disco Tour und die Clubs in Alanya sind mega schön.

Мы остались в полном восторге от анимации в отеле! Каждый день программа была очень насыщенной и разнообразной — от утренней зарядки и игр у бассейна до вечерних шоу. Было весело и взрослым, и детям, атмосфера всегда дружелюбная и праздничная. Особенно хочется отметить шеф-аниматора Сая. Она – душа команды: невероятно энергичная, внимательная к каждому гостю, всегда с улыбкой и искренним желанием подарить радость. Благодаря её профессионализму и позитиву отдых стал ещё ярче и незабываемее. Большое спасибо всей команде анимации и лично Сая за море впечатлений и отличное настроение!

Het is echt top! We kwamen zondag aan dat de rust dag is van álle entertainment, dus we wisten niet wat we moesten verwachten. Toen begon de week en het was top! De entertainment team zorgt ervoor dat er elke dag wat te doen is, vooral onur zorgt ervoor dat de mensen het naar hun zin heeft! Hij gaat echt met iedereen om, oud en jong, hij doet zoveel op een dag en de rest is ook top! Ahmet is really amazing to with darts! Kamers waren in orde! Eten varieert elke dag!

The hotel was generally good, but its location was remote. Other than that, everything was excellent, including the cleanliness and food, and we were pleased. We also had a wonderful day thanks to the animation team's activities. We'd like to thank Ahmet, Muharrem, Onur, and Ikra from the animation team for this.
