Ставлю единицу просто за отношение к гостям. Мы приехали 12.10.2024. Первые впечатления были положительные, но потом отель включил мощную экономию Убрали гриль в ресторане (ресторан в отеле Турции без гриля это как?), закрыли кафе со сладостями, ограничили доступ к мороженому. А самое главное количество сотрудников снизили до нескольких человек. В половине корпусов перестали убираться в номерах, анимация вообще мертвая. Вообще за такое нужно гостям деньги возвращать. Теперь подробно. Местоположение. Плохо. Прямо на шумном шоссе, никаких шумозащитных щитов, ограждений, даже растений нет. Территория. Маленькая, но все есть. Непонятно, почему нельзя было бассейн больше сделать, для этого есть пространство. Охраны у отеля нет! Номер. Вполне современный. Но слеплен из картона, слышно вообще все, что происходит на улице. Более того, если окна выходят на лобби, то кроме улицы будете слышать шумных гостей из круглосуточного бара. Сотрудникам на шумных гостей по фиг (они так и говорят), поэтому с ними будете разбираться сами. Бассейн и аквапарк. Уже 12.10 была жутко холодная вода, подогрева, разумеется нет. Еда. Отстой. Не вкусно. Никакого разнообразия. Каждый день курица и рыба (ужасно не вкусная). Вообще первый отель в Турции, который не умеет печь круассаны. это вообще позор. Пляж. Лучше чем у соседних отелей, мест может не хватать, если сезон. Мини клаб. Работала девушка Мая. Очень странный персонаж. Откровенно флиртует с гостями отеля, при чем с семейными людьми. На детей ей точно по фиг. Мини диско это вообще ужас какой-то. Анимация Полное отсутствие. Отель не в состоянии даже мяч для волейбола купить. Собирались сами пару раз, без участия аниматоров

Terrible!!don't waste your money and nerves. absolutely disrespectful staff. especially this concerns reception. do not make any contact, requests, etc. A short, dark, not very young guy is particularly rude. From pluses - the sea. but special slippers are needed, because the entrance to the sea is made of stones. Food is normal. Especially the dinner. The refrigerator in the room does not work, the shower leaks, the bar is filled after several reminders. It's not a 5* ultra all inclusive hotel.. I will not recommend to anyone.

Ездили отдыхать втроем Я жена и ребенок заселили в одноместный номер и дали раскладушку хотя на картинках должна была быть кровать Территория компактная , анимация хорошая Из еды одно и тоже каждый день никакого разнообразия , кофеаппарат работает 1 и там постоянно очереди утром Сентябрь 24

Otel genel anlamda güzel ama yemek konusunda beklentimizi karşılamadı maalesef. Özellikle birine teşekkür edilecekse bu konuda Murat Bey'e ilgisi, alakası, güler yüzü ve sevecenliği için çok teşekkür ederiz, ne zaman bir sıkıntımız olsa hemen halletti.

Byliśmy pod koniec sierpnia 2024. Nie polecam nikomu tego hotelu. Kradzież 50 euro z pokoju,recepcja stwierdziła że nic nie może z tym zrobić. Pokoje małe,przeciętne,mnóstwo niedoróbek,przeciekanie spod prysznica. Sprzątanie wyglądało tak- Pani polała mopa wodą i zaczęła od balkonu,kończąc na podłodze w pokoju.Sprzątanie trwało około 2 minutu. Mini bar uzupełniony w pierwszy dzień,później już brak napoi. Baseny ok. Animacje na poziomie 3. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie to był największy dramat,mało mięsa. Bardziej to przypomina stołówkę niż kuchnie w hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym. Widać że szef bardzo oszczędza na swoich klientach,ludzie otwierali podgrzewacze i zamykali bo nic nie było szczególnego do zjedzenia. Alkohol to zajzajer,brak whisky,barman stwierdził że już nie ma. Byliśmy w Turcji 6 razy ale to był najgorszy hotel. Maksymalnie 3 gwiazdki. Nie polecam i dodam że nie była to oferta i wyjazd budżetowy. Jeżeli nic się tam nie zmieni, po mojej rozmowie z panią manager, to zatopi się jak statek.

Our family really liked the hotel. There were four of us, we got a great room with a jacuzzi and two bedrooms, bathrooms. The rooms are stylish, spacious, cleaned daily, Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel area. The staff is professional and friendly. The bar manager Murat Aykiri is especially professional, helpful and always in a good mood. You can really fall in love with such a man...I also liked the beach, which is not overcrowded with people, we always found free sunbeds. The food is also very tasty and of high quality. Thanks to the staff there, they do a great job so that we can rest. I hope to come back.
