This hotel is amazing the architecture and furniture are NICE BUT Manager from the hotel was unwelcoming when I would like to asked her something about the SPA.after my check out she's was better and smiling, maybe the English is a big issues in Italy

Hôtel charmant et stylé.
Séjour parfait restera dans la mémoire pour longtemps, chambre de rêve, personnel adorable pret à satisfaire nos moindres desirs.
Seul bemol pour loi chalbre avec vue sur place charmante mais très fréquentée à partir de 18h et un peu bruyante malgré le double vitrage isolant.

Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire della spa in quanto, recatami personalmente presso la struttura, per modificare il voucher, mi è stato detto che lo stesso non era più valido (scadenza 10 giugno 2025!) Recatami, in seguito, con un'altra persona, sono stata accusata di falsità da parte della responsabile.

Hotel 4 stelle. Stanze pulite e carucce. Asciugamani usurati. Colazione scarsa (nn si è capito a che ora iniziasse 7 ?? 7.30?? I dipendenti sono confusi). La mattina prima delle 8 non c’è nessuno alla reception pertanto se vuoi saldare la stanza alle 7.30 …devi aspettare che il dipendente inizi il suo turno alle 8. Un hotel per una giornata in SPA?

Abbiamo riservato una suite su due livelli, tre notti a circa 450 euro, e siamo andati in tre. Camere molto ampie, pulite e ordinate. Personale di reception estremamente gentile, stessa cosa per il personale di servizio. Abbiamo fatto l'esperienza spa tutti e tre (un massaggio breve, uno completo, un trattamento viso), tutto eseguito in modo estremamente professionale in un ambiente assolutamente adeguato e piacevole. L'hotel è al centro di Cellino, in una piazza pedonale, zona assai pulita, ordinata e piacevole. Non c'è parcheggio privato, ma (almeno nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati) il parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe è discretamente agevole.
