Bel hotel
Bel hotel 4 étoiles, mais de nombreux désagréments en début de séjour : une taie d'oreiller sale, une télécommande de télévision inopérante, des chaînes de télévision manquantes, une bouilloire mais seulement des tasses a café, pas de quoi faire un thé, pas de bouteilles d'eau.

Surprised.
The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay.

Kamer op derde etage. Beetje vergane glorie. Douche in bad zonder douchegordijn of scherm.
Klein bed. Geen lift naar derde verdieping. Vanaf t****e verdieping lopen.
