The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.

Das Gesamtpaket ist total stimmig: Die Atmosphäre im Haus, mit der grossen, stilvollen Halle, dem hellen, geräumigen Restaurant, den frisch renovierten Zimmern und der überall zuvorkommenden Betreuung und persönlichen Begrüssung durch den Direktor! Dazu kommen Hallenbad, Spa und Fitnessraum. Eben: es stimmt auf allen Ebenen!

Top gelegenes, wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre. Tolles Hallenbad und guter Wellnessberech. Essen sehr gut. Katzensprung zu den Pisten, Loipen und auch zur Eisbahn. Ein rundum tolles Hotel welches uns (Familie) immer wieder gefällt.

This 3-star (?) hotel is maybe OK if you travel with young children. Lots of kids running around all over the hotel and also in the restaurants. The hotel is located outside of St. Moritz in what is called ‘Little Milano’. Super long lift queues to get up to the ski area! The queues start at 7.15 and the lift opens at 7.45 am. Overall a painful experience. Would not recommend.
