收取按金沒問題，但退回按金不是原路返回，加了酒店微信，要第二天才能返回（據説財務人員休息），我作為客人第一時間就給你按金，為什麼我退房不能第一時間退按金？！這麼簡單的服務都做不好，還要前台小姑娘先墊付給我，小姑娘打份工也不易呵！酒店的管理水平有待提高！

全國住了那麼多酒店，第一次瞭解到，一個三星酒店補一瓶水需要單獨付費3元一瓶。而且前台告知這個情況和她們無關，不要找她們哦。
整個酒店前台也好，服務員也好，都是“拽”得無法，你得求着她們辦事，真的是“店大欺客”
各位夥伴不要“踩坑”，建議去住新型酒店，這種老舊酒店，管理服務太差，儘量不要去踩坑。
