This agriturismo is very cosy - in the middle of the countryside but still close the the lovely town of Ceglie Messapica. The pool area was very quiet and our trullo was very clean and nice. There is a fridge in each room which is very convenient. There are two dogs at the property, both very nice but they can be a bit loud. So in case you are afraid of dogs, this place might not be for you as the dogs are running around freely. There is no bar / restaurant at the property or nearby. They can organise a dinner (contact the property about which day) at the property. We had the dinner and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. The food was well prepared, but the portions were a bit small. There is also an opportunity to taste wines during the dinner, which is highly recommended. The dinner is a bit pricey so check it also before booking. This property also offers a cooking class. Please note that this is an orecchiette pasta cooking class and you only make pasta. A nice bonus is that they have a nice outdoor kitchen that you can use to cook your lunch. This is very convenient if you just want to relax by the pool during the day. Overall our family enjoyed our stay in this property.

Cutest accomodation ever. Beautiful family run accommodation and the perfect place to relax. So peaceful and the pool was lovely to laze around. Breakfast in the garden was delicious, and the resident dogs super friendly. Perfect location if you have a car.. Rooms very clean and very modern bathrooms. Bed & pillows super comfortable. Highly recommend.

siamo ritornati a Trullo sant'Angelo dopo averlo scoperto per caso 11 anni fa. Allora fu una piacevole scoperta, quest'anno in 2, piu' un bimbo di 2 anni, è stata una splendida riconferma. I trulli sono esternamente curatissimi, eleganti e dai colori caldi, si stagliano in un cortile che sa di casa, ma di quelle dei sogni. Non saprei dire quale sia il momento piu' bello per ammirarli, se la mattina all' alba, appena svegli aprendo la porta di casa o la sera quando il patio/cortile è dominato dall' albero centrale con le luci trai rami e il silenzio che lo avvolge. Entrati nelle stanze, poi, si viene colpiti dalla semplicità ed al contempo dall' attenzione ai dettagli e dal gusto degli arredi, comodi e pensati per sentirsi a casa, il tutto nel rispetto della tradizione contadina. L'ospitalità ed il garbo, inoltre la fanno da padroni e l'host che ci ha accolto, Maria Luisa, ci ha seguito fin da subito e ha accolto le nostre richieste. Momento di "raccoglimento" merita la colazione: una delle più buone che abbia mai assaggiato sia in termini di prodotti ( tipici, freschi, di alta qualità, ogni giorno diversi) sia per dove viene servita, sotto gli ulivi, a ridosso in una piscina in pietra ed immersi nella campagna pugliese. In sintesi: un posto magico dove immergersi in se stessi, nella natura e nella storia del luogo e dove, il che non guasta, anche i più piccoli si trovano a proprio agio. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Mary Louisa and her family were awesome hosts for orichetti-making lesson followed by a superb 6 course meal prepared by her family and served in an olive grove. Nona Rina is a wise and patient teacher. This is a once in a lifetime experience not to be missed and was coordinated as part of a package tour of southern Italy by Best Rome Driver.
