Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, zentral gelegen, die Metrostation Trindade ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, damit ist die Anreise vom Flughafen und von den Bahnhöfen einfach. Vom Flughafen aus ist ein Ticket für 4 Zonen zu lösen, ein Mehrtagesticket kann an der Station Trindade gekauft werden. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen, bequemer gehts mit der Metro oder den Bussen. Die Straßenbahnlinie 18 fährt vom Glockenturm zum Strand, auf jeden Fall da einsteigen. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind alle hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Frühstück ist lecker, das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, sehr gute WLAN Verbindung. Den Portotonic als Willkommensgetränk haben wir sehr genossen und gleich nachbestellt.

Excelente estadia, fomos recebidos com muita amabilidade e simpatia, todo o staff muito atencioso ao cliente, pequeno almoço variado, sumo de laranja natural e ovos feitos na hora para cliente. Bom ambiente. Tive uma agradável surpresa no dia do meu aniversário, quando cheguei ao quarto tinha um bolinho delicioso á minha espera com uma mensagem. Adorei, o muito obrigado.

The property is an expertly converted house that retains the original character while updating to modern standards.
We had a room with a balcony facing the garden and couldn’t be happier with the charming atmosphere.
The people on staff were sweet and attentive, including during the historic power failure that hit Portugal and Spain.
And to top it all off, we didn’t even know that the place has one of the finest vegan restaurants we’ve been to — and we’re vegan! Even if you don’t think you would like vegan food food, you owe it to yourself to try it.
