The location of the hotel is great. The stuff is super helpful and friendly. The building ia old, but in a good shape. Instead of a window there were doors, so you get a balcony feeling - very nice touch. The rooms are a bit old, but clean and disinfected.

In mei met 3 personen in dit hotel geweest, hadden een 3 persoons kamer geboekt. En kregen een 2 persoons kamer, waar een bed bij was gezet. Handdoeken voor 2 personen 2 stoeltjes.. We hadden 10 cm om uit het bed te stappen! Hebben het aangegeven bij de receptie dat we dit niet goed vonden. Ze luisterde niet eens. Volgens hun was het een 3 persoons kamer. Ontbijt was goed, maar ook erg onvriendelijk personeel! We hebben erg veel gelachen samen , hoe chagrijnig mensen kunnen zijn als ze moeten weken !!

Nos vendieron una habitación de 3 que no entra la gente . No hay manager en el hotel. La persona que está en el front desk no puede tomar decisiones. Y el manager no aparece. Uno viene 3 días de vacaciones paga mucha plata lo único que quiere es dormir cómodo y gastar su tiempo paseando por la ciudad .

Hotel muito bom, cama confortável, travesseiros ótimos… atendimento Nota DEZ, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã com frutas, sucos, Yogurte, pães… uma delícia… Hotel muit bem localizado, com vários pontos turísticos que se Pode ir andando, vale a pena se hospedar aqui!

I have been coming to this hotel for a decade. Always enjoyed it, but sadly it has changed dramatically. The staff at reception was the worst I have ever encountered. Extremely rude, and insulted an elderly lady at check in. I was appaled! AVOID, as this, the hotel reception staff give a really poor experience of Porto, a city that lives of tourism and services. The worst customer service ever experienced in a hotel.

Fiz a reserva no site do hotel e paguei de imediato. Quando cheguei ao hotel disseram-me que tinham problemas de manutenção com alguns quartos e que não tinham quarto para mim, que procurasse outro hotel. Depois de muito protestar, lá arranjaram um quarto para a duração da minha estadia. O quarto era inferior ao reservado e pago mas não me devolveram a diferença. Teria que ser a supervisora a aprovar essa devolução mas a supervisora nunca estava ao serviço. Passaram quase 15 dias e ainda não fui contactada pela supervisora, nunca respondeu a emails nem ordenou o reembolso do valor pago a mais. Esta situação repetiu-se com vários outros hóspedes durante os dias seguintes e alguns foram mesmo procurar outro hotel. Imagino que ainda estejam a tentar reaver o dinheiro pago nas suas reservas..... A falta de formação e profissionalismo das funcionárias da recepção é atroz. Da supervisora também.
