This hotel is FILTHY. F.I.L.T.H.Y. The halls are covered in paint chips that have not been vacuumed up in who know how long. The bathroom was so dirty I almost couldn't use it; the tub itself was unusable. I choose to be stinky rather than step foot into the bathtub. No way to tell when the bathroom floor has last been mopped... There were blotches of dirt? squashed bugs? who knows what? on all of the interior walls.
The front desk staff was quite nice; friendly and helpful.

1st room had an issue so the young man at the front desk got me a new room .he was very helpful and actually lifted my mood and I thought to myself this guy is cool . For someone just passing through there is everything you would ever need around the motel

This place can't help being what it is. The staff person there was great. The smell of cigarettes permeated this place to the point that even smoke-free rooms smelled which gave off the impression that it was unclean, whether true or not. We ended up leaving right away due to health concerns. Also, there was a mouse right outside doing doughnuts.

The staff is always very pleasant and pet friendly for large dogs. (This is the only reason we have stayed there multiple times) but the conditions of the rooms just get worse, which I didn't think was possible!!

A little concerning that there was a S.W.A.T. team there when I arrived but I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the incident.

This room had the hardest mattresses, very small and lumpy pillows.the fridge smelled like rotten death when opened, the microwave was filthy and the toilet would not flush. The tv would not work. Would have been better at a rest stop in my car

I liked making reservation way in advance. I didn’t like my request for a lower level room didn’t happen. No elevator so I had to climb to the second floor with my bad knee.
