The overall accommodations are fine— nothing fancy, but a comfy clean bed and plenty of hot water. Better than many crappy places in the Wyndham chain (I have stayed at MANY Wyndham properties, about 50% of which were gross). But much of the carpet in this hotel is tired and worn out, and no one would answer the phone at the front desk at 9:00 last night. Worst of all, only fifteen cars or so were in the parking lot last night, but I was crammed next to noisy, noisy people when most of the rooms were empty, so I am unsure why we were all crammed together.

Pleasant check-in staff. Pool closed. Clean facility. Breakfast items nearly depleted one hour into 3 hour serving time despite staff checking status of items twice. Accessibility room roll in shower w/300# limit shower chair. No USB ports.

Absolutely filthy. Trash and broken pictures frames left in hall. Dogs barking and scratching the walls next door, hallways & elevator smelled like ****. Our room had two dim lamps for light. The overhead lights in our bathroom were exposed with no bulb but full of dust and pipes showing. Hole in the floor. We left and booked elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! When I arrived, the pool was out of order and the internet was down. I was assigned to Room 105 where when standing outside of the door I could already smell something horrible coming from the room. I went inside and the whole room smelled like cat urine. When going back to the nice man at the front desk, he was already aware of the problem. He shared that the man who stayed in the room before me had a few problems. Jennie, the GM was nice enough to give me a free night credit which I would have to go through the third party we booked with to get the credit. They moved me to a new room down the hall. When I got ready for bed, I noticed a blood stain on the bed sheets. Jennie was nice enough to come and change the bedding herself and apologize but never did anything else. The next day when trying to take a shower it took 10 minutes for any warm water to come through the showerhead at best. At this time, I had enough of all the problems at this hotel. I grabbed my luggage and went to check out. Jennie was adamant the hot water was working just fine because she just had one of her staff members (who was staying right next to her the whole time) go check my room for hot water. You have been warned - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

I showed up after my furnace went and received the greatest care. Jason at the front desk went above and beyond, I will be back just because of him! Felt like I was apart of the family here. Comfy bed

This hotel should be closed, fixed up, and then could consider reopening. The pool is closed until further notice, stains everywhere (bedding, carpet, walls, shower curtain, blood stains on comforter), garbage in hallways/stairwell, curtains falling down, a huge German shepherd living in the hotel that was not always monitored (it started to come at me and I had no way of knowing if it was friendly or not), a vehicle stolen from the parking lot, only 2 bath towels in 4 person room (no hand towels or washcloths available), smoke detector taken apart and disabled in multiple rooms, I could go on and on...

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited. Dirty rundown premises, and questionable activity outside and in the hotel (duff dealing?). Genuinely scared to move around. The area itself is not bad, but the hotel is a complete dump. We were travelling with a baseball team, and three of the families left as soon as they saw there rooms. Uncleaned toilets, curtains falling off their rods, sheets with holes and stains. We should have left but didn’t. Never again.

Dirty and very dated. Lots of room damage from wear and tear is in a nice part of town so surprised this motel is in this kind of shape would not recommend staying here. See pictures attached with his review. The main desk and the room was on the verge of falling apart, and had to be careful when sitting there as it would wobble back-and-forth horribly curtains, not able to stay on the rod, kept the room from being totally private, but fortunately it overlooked another building next-door.

I have to say I generally don't take all reviews for what they are worth but should have paid more attention to this hotel's reviews. While the people for the most part that work there are nice I found some very poor service. First check in... We arrived about 30-45 minutes before the published check in and was told that they were new and not allow to check anyone in till the manager arrived at 3:00 and the cleaning staff gave all clear on rooms being cleaned. So we took a walk and returned about 15 minutes before the check in start time. Of course we now waited for the people being checked in ahead of us. So not off to a good start. Got to our room after check in and found only a hand towel, bath mat and 2 wash clothes in the bathroom. No phone in room so I had to go back down to the lobby to talk to staff. Manager told me they were in the the dryer and would bring them up when done despite the fact they were off to the side folding towels. We had to leave to get to a bowling tournament and still no towels. Manager said she would put them in our room when they were done if we were okay with that. I said fine.... Returned at 11:30 PM to find no towels were in our room yet. So again walked all the way back to desk and talked to the gentleman that was staffing the desk. He went into the back room and came back with another bathmat, hand towels and wash clothes. Said sorry but can't find any towels. So how is one to take a bath or shower yet for the evening?? I guess you use many hand towels. With all of this each time I walked the hall down to the elevator the room next to us graciously let us know someone was there with their barking, whining and scratching. Not sure if anyone was with the poor dog or not. This also was the same response at 11:30 PM. If you are going to allow pets why not put all pet lovers in same area away from those who dislike barking! Also in these treks down to desk had to put up with some not so nice smells in halls. Not sure if it was pets or human stink but never pleasant. I told my friend the next morning we were going to down and get breakfast and someone better have towels for us. Guess 3 times is a charm as the second I asked for towels she went into back room came out with a stack that had our room number on it. Not that taking a shower one day wasn't going to hurt but we were staying more than one night. Room was somewhat clean topically. Microwave was missing the glass plate and the turntable it should have sat on was there and filthy. No cooking food in it for sure. Bathroom seems the caulked over some mildew to cover it up and there was long dark hair in clumps on wall in shower. While the shower was nice and hot with good pressure it would have been more pleasant if cleaner. Lacked of a clock, emergency exit info on door and no info on vending/ice machine location. Curtains were not operational on one side and had a tear in it as well as one of the bed skirts was ripped on bed. All in all Wyndham

Reserved 2 suites, when we got there they said they only had 1 suite and one double room but there would be no adjustment to the price. There was dog hair everywhere and one of the frames of the double beds was broke. Also the pool was tiny and closed, yet there was nothing online about the issues and no one at the front desk answers the phone. Absolutely horrible for a Wyndham hotel.

Indeea & her staff did an outstanding job of reuniting my son with his forgotten items after his stay. All too often this service is unheard of so wanted to give them the shout-out they deserve. Thank you staff!
