The man who answered the phone was very helpful and did a huge favor for me when I got to the hotel, thank you for all your help and having a comfy bed available so late in the night! God bless

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. First off I checked in at 2pm and they gave me the worst room possible, right near the train station and freeway. Second, I asked to switch rooms, she told me to turn on air conditioner to cancel the noise. This was impossible as the train brakes were screeching right outside the window. Then to top it off the toilet paper holder was broken so they put a whole bunch of duct tape to fix it. Then there was a party going on in the room next to me. People running up and down the hallway. Then they set off the alarm so that went on for a half hour before someone finally turned it off. I just stayed there for a few hours to get some rest. I ended up with 0 hours of sleep. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place.

The location is unfortunately. A lot of businesses around the area are shut down. There are some sketchy people around the area. The staff was great but the property definitely needs an upgrade…just seems really old and worn down. They are the ones keeping it alive. I high recommend if you are on a budget. Just know you get what you pay for. Hopefully they can get more business so they can remodel.

The room appeared to be clean however there were holes in the walls. The bathroom door did not fit correctly, even closed you could see into the bathroom. The heating and air conditioner was so high on the wall there was no way we coulf adjust it

Barbara tried to please.Had to ask for hidabed bedding,no pillows.Not made up.Its broken and un comfortable.Needed towels,Shower rod broken, mold on ceiling.kitchen sink drips, need a gasket. Light fixtures above beds need new lenses.
This place needs a full time Maintenance Person. Trash Cans Needed at facility. Coffee in Rooms would be Nice. Over $120 a Night.Charging too much
