Clean but needs a couple of standard amenities It just needs to make sure that basic amenities are placed properly. Otherwise, stay was fine. Price could be more competitive. No free breakfast.

Beware! This is a sleep only hotel basically. It is very clean and the cleaning folks are nice. There is no outside food allowed in any common areas. You can’t even drink a cup of Casey’s coffee in the lobby. It is absolutely ridiculous

Very very clean and well maintained property. One of the better I have stayed in over the years. Room service was spotty. If you were out of the room early, they cleaned. If you were out after 12:00. They did not service the room.

I have stayed here a few times for both business and personal. Never in my life have I seen a hotel post signs everywhere stating that outside food or drink is not allowed in the common areas. You can't even bring in a simple soda and drink it in the lobby. Here is the crazy part-- the food they offer is very limited. I was looking for a yogurt or protein bar, and there were only limited items for sale to eat like junk food. There are no restaurants super close by, just a gas station across the street. The staff is very friendly, but if I were in town with family, I would stay elsewhere just because of this policy.

Groups: do not stay here!!! They have a strict policy of no outside food or drink in the lobby or any common area. They were extremely rude about it and threatened to have us removed from the property. We were in town for a sports tournament and families wanted to gather to have pizza after the game but it was not allowed. They have a very large lobby space designed for gathering. We understood not having drinks or food in their designated bar space, but the other common areas were also off limits. When we questioned not a single common area, they created a flyer and posted it. They claim because there aren’t walls around the bar area, that their liquor license and food requirements extend to all common areas of the hotel. Including the outdoor patio which was separated by walls? Hallways or any other common space. We’ve never experienced a hotel that doesn’t let you eat or drink anything in the common spaces (including a family that had Dr Peppers that they asked to leave the space).

The staff was wonderful. If I had to say anything uncomplimentary it was regarding breakfast. Scrambled eggs dry, french toast inedible. However, the staff were wonderful.
