Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Great Stay!
This property was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Cedar Breaks, Kanarra Falls and Kolob Canyon. We honestly we so greateful for the air conditioning after hiking in the heat.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. It was extremely coinvent to Cedar City. This basement apartment was perfect for my Wife and I and our 16 year old. The bathroom had dual sinks which is always best when sharing the bathroom so everyone can get ready in the morning. This apartment was fully equipped and had anything that was needed. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Experience
I recently visited St. George and Cedar City with my grammie, and we were both very impressed with our rental basement. Very clean. I loved the relaxed vibe that it gave off. The air conditioning was fantastic and I really liked that the laundry room came with laundry soap as did the dishwasher. The tv was also nice, with access to a number of streaming services. My grammie and I both really appreciated that the fridge had a list of favorite restaurants to visit. Overall, a fantastic place to hangout for a vacation. I would definitely come back to this place if I am in the area. Soooooo much better and more comfortable than a hotel!

BEST EVER
This was the cleanest, most welcoming home I have been able to stay in. Host was kind even though I was not able to remember North from South. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect.

Great place! We will stay again.
We came to town to visit family outside of Cedar and attend a basketball tournament in St. George, this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the highway, close to stores, food, and many activities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park less than a minute walk away. Great communication from host, very welcoming and accommodating. This will be our first choice to stay on our future trips.

Trip to Zion Park
Us and another couple traveled from midwest to visit Zion national Park . This a basement apartment but it is very nice. Light sleepers may hear footsteps from the floor above. Very clean !! Highly recommended!

Perfect Home Base
I really loved this little walkout basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean, felt so safe and cozy, and had plenty of room for me. I was traveling around most of the time I was there for my nieces band competition. So coming back to a place so welcoming and comfortable really made my trip even more amazing. I nicknamed the place my little bunker. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Amentities were well appointed and thought out with great consideration to being welcoming and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who needs a perfect home base if your lower western travels.
