It's a hotel and not a hostel, so you might expect better service, even if it's a budget hotel...
Old, overlooking a very busy road so very noisy, 4th floor without elevator, not very practical for bulky luggage, no services, and especially no internet, using improbable excuses that are useless even for the price!!!
