15.92 Hotel

The hotel is very new, it is a European-style hotel run by a couple and a maid. I like the room most because it has a terrace of more than 10 square meters. It is very nice. I can sit on the terrace at night, drink red wine, smoke cigars, and watch the stars. The Big Dipper is right above my head. I can also dry clothes during the day. In the morning, they are all dry at night. The room rate is also reasonable, 70 euros per night, about 500 people! Located in Dolo, you can take a 30-minute train to Venice. There is also a local tourist option of taking a cruise to Venice. So you don’t have to stay in an expensive hotel in Venice. The only downside is that the couple’s English is not good, so communication is a bit difficult. Breakfast only has a variety of bread and eggs, and there is no meat to choose from.

Siamo stati in questo hotel all'inizio della settimana, subito dopo capodanno. Abbiamo prenotato due stanze, una per gli adulti e una per i ragazzi. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, logisticamente vicina alle strade principali. L'accoglienza è stata gradevole. Però ci sono alcune precisazioni da fare sul soggiorno. La seconda stanza per i ragazzi era da attenzionare da scegliere accanto agli adulti, in bagno lo specchio è appeso a due metri di altezza non considerando una utenza alta quanto me da 160 che permetteva di vedermi solo dalle sopracciglia in su. Per risolvere il problema ho usato uno sgabello, ma lascio immaginare la scomodità. La carta igienica è attaccata al muro appena si entra nella stanza, non tenendo in considerazione che il water è a un metro di distanza. Accanto alla carta igienica invece è presente il bidet distante dal porta asciugamani che è sostituito da un termoarredo accanto al water. Insomma. Chi ha progettato gli arredi bagno è certamente un uomo, alto e lungo. Che non ha contezza di donne e persone basse. Infine un'ultima precisazione: avendo pagato la colazione per tutte le stanze, ma non avendo usufruito di quella dei ragazzi, la persona addetta alla reception poteva proporre quanto meno una brioche chiusa (presente nel buffet) piuttosto che far andare via la ragazza digiuna.

Excellent hotel, both for its location and for its essential yet sober and elegant structure. Parking, good quality services, good breakfast also served in an outdoor patio. Good value for money. Advised.
