Es un hotel muy básico, sin pretensiones. Habia elementos rotos en el baño. La habitacion es amplia y tienen almohadas extra, no están bien insonorizadas. Como detalle tienen un saloncito social, donde puedes tomar cafe cortado o infusiones sin coste. Lo peor de todo, es el bar restaurante anexo, mala calidad de comida y pésimo servicio, amen de que " escogen" a quién dan tapa, si eres de fuera te quedas sin ella.

HORRIBLE NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL SI QUIEREN DESCANSAR!!! TIENEN COMPRESORES DE AIRE EN LA FACHADA LOS CUALES NO NOS DEJARON DORMIR. LA DIRECCIÓN DEL HOTEL NOS TOMÓ POR TONTOS CUANDO EXPUSIMOS LA SITUACIÓN. SEGURAMENTE LA DIRECCIÓN DEL HOTEL CONTESTE A ESTA RESEÑA NEGANDOLO Y PONIENDO EXCUSAS. HEMOS PRESENTADO UNA QUEJA FORMAL ANTE LA JUNTA DE ANDALUCÍA, ADJUNTANDO FOTOS Y VIDEOS COMO PRUEBA. YA SI ESO LES CUENTAN SUS EXCUSAS BARATAS A ELLOS. Fatal la respuesta a la confortabilidad de los clientes. Nuestra recomendación es que No Vayáis a este hotel. En semana Santa nos dieron la habitación 213, un compresor y unos motores colocados en la pared medianera del cabecero de la cama estuvieron funcionando toda la noche, así que de vacaciones y sin poder descansar. La respuesta por parte de la directora del hotel fue muy poco profesional, todo eran excusas y no hacerse cargo de la situación, diciendo que no teníamos razón, qué ese ruido no molestaba. Pusimos una reclamación y la respuesta fue la misma, excusas y echar balones fuera.. Horrible, poco tacto hacía nosotros.

Tratan diferente a los lugareños y a los turistas. Pedimos en la terraza dos cañas. No nos sacaron tapas mientras en la mesa cercana sacaban dos tapas a personas de la localidad. Y encima cobraron las cañas caras. Unos impresentables en una localidad donde la gente en general es maravillosa.

Cazorla, la Sierra y los pueblos aledaños, son una preciosidad. Se necesita como mínimo 1 semana para disfrutar y estar físicamente preparado para hacer senderismo. Porque por la tarde apetece mucho pasear por las calles de los pueblos y degustar las tapas tan típicas y ricas. El mes de Septiembre es un mes que los pueblos cercanos a Cazorla están de Fiestas. Lo comento para el que aparte de las vistas y visitas a los pueblos aledaños, puedan disfrutar de las Fiestas.

Es un sitio bien situado en cuanto al aparcamiento, pero no es céntrico. Por otro lado, la habitación no es para tirar cohetes: colchones blandos para nuestro gusto, el olor del ambientador (o lo que sea) no nos ha gustado nada, y la limpieza no es mala pero podía mejorar.
