Apres 5-6 ans de fermeture nous etions pas beaucoup de client mais nous avons ete recu comme des rois. Le site et les chambres etaient tres propre. Le service etait hors pair et les animateurs etaient vraiment hot. Nous avons tres bien mangé et avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Nous avons manqué de rien. Je le recommande fortement pour repartir cet hotel et aussi pour voir ce magnifique Hotel. Merci a tous! Dany!

Incredible vacation, just what I needed. I disconnected and they treated me like a queen. A while ago I visited this hotel with my husband and now I have to travel without him. I waited anxiously for this hotel to open, there were only 15 people in the hotel, it does not have a beach but there is transportation to take you to the beach, the rooms are spectacular, I changed rooms because I preferred a first floor.

Ma deuxième maison, je viens à Cayo Largo depuis 20 ans de suite et le Grand Memories était ma deuxième maison. Après Covid, je n'avais pas pu réserver ici, mais j'ai connu les autres hôtels de Cayo Largo et maintenant, pouvoir réserver dans ma deuxième maison, je me suis senti très spécial, ils ont pris soin de moi, je me sentais mal dans mon dos et ils ont pris soin de moi, m'emmenant à l'hôpital, emmenant tout dans la chambre pendant un jour et demi jusqu'à ce que je récupère, ils m'ont aidé avec l'appel téléphonique. mon assurance Je t'aime si tu sais ce que signifie rendre service. tu es ma famille tu me manques

Ressort qui vient d'ouvrir, après 5-6 ans fermé, endroit très propre dans le lobby, j'avais la chambre 225 avec petit salon, très propre, service hors pair, le Snack ou nous mangions, très bon, piscine et animation super, en général tout étais super, un gros merci a tout le personnels pour un accueille chaleureux, je recommande cette endroit fortement, et aussi pour les encouragés pour repartir cette hôtel. Amazing experience, we will certainly recommend this resort. The staff was friendly and nice. The resort itself is very clean. The foods was delicious. The beech is very nice. They have the good pool parties and evening activities. Great experience 😊 Thanks staff!

Les employés sont tous très accueillants et souriants. La nourriture était très bonne, les lits étaient confortables. Les piscines sont super belles et ont une grande superficie! Les majordomes sont super sympathiques et très accommodants. Il y a des spectacles à tous les soirs et de belles soirées à la marina offertes aux touristes. Il y a également du divertissement tout au long de la journée organisé par l'équipe d'animation, que ça soit à la piscine ou à la plage. De très belles expériences qui valent la peine.

Stayed at the Sanctuary Grand Memories. The rooms are very nice and close to the hot tub. Pool was nice. Only one restaurant open here, but we could go to other Blue Diamond resorts to eat either al carte or buffet. Transportation was included. Unfortunately there is no beach, but could travel to a beautiful beach not far from the resort. The staff are amazing, helpful and want to ensure your needs are being taken care of. Very quiet resort, mostly for the over 50 crowd.
