Trip.com books through a third party. I had a real problem with my booking once I tried to check in. I prepaid on line, but on check out day they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid again.

Estuve alojada en esta estupenda instalación el fin de semana pasado y fue increíble. El Staff es súper profesional, el trabajo de la camarera en la habitación es de admirar. Muy buena limpieza y trato. La playa es preciosa, una vista desde el lobby genial. Los chicos de Atención al cliente súper atentos. Muy buena variedad en las comidas y bebidas. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Having a fabulous time at Melia Costa Rey. Staff are wonderful and make you feel like you’re at home. Food has been much better than expected and way better than previous experiences in other Cuban resorts. Both the regular buffet and the level have been great quality but we really enjoy the level to relax as it’s very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning in the future. The beach is picture perfect with its white sand and you can walk for miles.

Una estancia super especial, habitaciones muy buenas, mi niña cumplió sus 13 años y se lo celebramos en el bufet, tuvimos un apoyo especial comenzando por el director español Jesús muy pendiente de los clientes así como los trabajadores del buffe de ambos turnos, Delmis, Yamila, Yoe, Grenda ,todos muy especiales nos sentimos de maravilla un servicio VIP, mil gracias

Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable pour une 4e fois. Le site est magnifique, le service impeccable et les restaurants sont délicieux. Nous avons adoré le restaurant japonais. C’est notre vacance la plus satisfaisante des 5 dernières années. Pour nous, ce sont des vacances de kitesurfing et le vent nous a tes bien servi toute la semaine au déplaisir des baigneurs;-) . Nous étions au Level, où nous avons eu un excellent service, de la bonne nourriture de qualité et en quantité autant au resto du Level que les resto à la carte. Seul bémol, le menu du resto du Level est resté le même tout au long du séjour, mais avec 4 resto à la carte et un souper de langoustines tout a quand même été très bien. Et pas de cocktail de bienvenu cette année…… Le service au Level, resto, snack bar, lobby bar et beach bar, est excellent, rien à dire autre que merci et continuez comme ça.

Beautiful beach and friendly entertainment staff. The room was okay except for the patio door lock that didn’t lock and noisy ac unit. (Turned on the fan and noise went away) room did stayed cool, we did ask for maintenance but no one came. Food was excellent and no complaints from anyone we travelled with. The entertainment staff was fantastic they made you feel like part of the family there and made sure you were having fun. Hats off to them. To Dianis our wonderful, extraordinary lady who took care of our room in building 23 third floor, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay always a smile on her face and a very pleasant attitude thank you for making our stay more comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet you. I would recommend this resort to anyone who was thinking about going there. Like most places there are good and bad complainants but mostly good at this resort.

Chicken and sausages were often raw - our whole family had food poisoning. Staff were often rude. My room had mold and the safe did not work. Cuban men harassing my thirteen year old sister in the ocean. Lady making restaurant reservations is super rude and should be fired. She is one of the reasons why I will never recommend this resort to anyone. And also because we got food poisoning; start telling the chefs to cook the meats properly.
