Trip.com books through a third party. I had a real problem with my booking once I tried to check in. I prepaid on line, but on check out day they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid again.

Accueil chaleureux et dynamique d'une équipe jeune et efficace, spécialement Rosemery à la réception ainsi que Jacquelyne aux communications avec qui j'ai apprécié le temps passé à discuter ensemble. Tous les employés sont formidables et souriants et bravo👏 à l'équipe "Entertainment". Seulement désagrément pour moi, le ménage de la chambre fait vers 14-15hre, suggestion faire une rotation de l'horaire.

My friends and I came to this resort not expecting much but were blown away with the beauty of the resort and the incredible staff. Special shout out to Angel, Caroline and Yaris for making our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be returning soon.

The restaurant employees should deliver a better service. You literally had to wait in line before the cook could make your stake. Then wait 7 more minutes for the stake yo be cooked. No water or utensils were on the table.

I loved staying here, the entertainment team including angel, yaris, salvatore andy and sweet caroline are the best!! We spent all week with them and had so much fun. they are so sweet and generous and made the trip 10x better! I will 100% come back again just to see them, they feel like family and took such good care of us.

What a great time at Melia Costa Rey! It was a great resort, staff was friendly, Andy was amazing staff member who made this experience so much fun! Come for the sun and stay for the warm staff, beautiful beaches, great grounds and lots of food options
