Dining room and food were very bad. The facilities were basic, there was nowhere to stay. There was no nice room to stay in with a fireplace. The dining room always smelled of food.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area surrounded by fantastic scenery. However, the hotel facilities and rooms are somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms are large but not very comfortable or cozy. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but the food is not the best. This hotel has the advantage of being very close to thermal springs, within walking distance.

Pasar unos días en Aranwa coloca fue una experiencia inolvidable. ya que el hotel está ubicado en un entorno natural único con vistas espectaculares a la cordillera y al río, las habitaciones son impecables amplias y cómodas el restaurante ofrece platos deliciosos con productos locales lo que hace que sea mucho más sabroso de su gastronomía, lo que más destacó es la calidez y el profesionalismo del personal que siempre estuvo pendiente de cada detalle ni que hablar del spa y las pozas termales son perfectas para relajarse después de visitar y caminar por el colca.

El hotel esta rodeado de impresionantes paisajes, con vistas a las montañas y en especial el amanecer, son un espectáculo que se queda grabado en la memoria. Los espacios tienen una decoración inspirada en la cultura local, siendo acogedor y elegante al mismo tiempo. La habitación fue amplia y cómoda, lo que hizo que mi descanso fuera aún mejor.
