Perfect! Incredible place, extremely friendly people and wonderful food (better than Cusco, Arequipa and Puno for sure). Comfortable rooms, with several blankets, hot water. The only detail I would suggest would be something to prevent light from entering the room. I regretted staying just one night.

Very friendly people. Excellent spot for viewing Condors from the breakfast table Great hikes to do. Diner is amazing and the open fire is very pleasant. We love dogs and one of their dogs was walking with us for even 10 km

We spent one night there and everything went very well. The view is exceptional and the hotel is full of charm. We had dinner there with a very pleasant fireplace. It was a night a little out of time. Don't hesitate to stop there.

La Granja del Colca is the most unique hotel we have visited on our roadtrip trough Peru. It is literally located on the rim of Colca Canyon (count in a 10 minute drive in a dirt road after exiting the main road) with the most unique views from the living room and also your private room (if you book a room with view). The condors literally fly trough your garden when you stay here. Unforgettable! The facilities aren’t modern, but you will have everything you need: a clean room, a warm bed, a hot shower (if you give it some time) and a fresh breakfast. Also homemade meals are available at the fireplace by chef Huber. Very cosy during the cold dark nights! Walter and Christian are the most wonderful and caring hosts. They really love hospitality and their Colca Canyon. They are all about making you feel at home and giving you a unique impression of their country and it’s nature. Highly recommended to anyone who looks a one-of-a-kind stay!

Katherine was very kind and accommodating! We had to cancel our visit because of health reasons and Katherine was extremely kind and understanding! We’re very disappointed we could not visit. The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and has amazing views, we had only heard great things. Hopefully we get a chance in the future to visit.

When we took the path leading to the estate, we were far from imagining that this stage would be one of the most beautiful of our road trip. The hotel, perched on the edge of the cliff, offers a breathtaking view of the canyon below. The nights are cool (even cold) but the alpaca sheets and blankets provided allow for a truly restorative night. The shower is very hot and with good pressure. The warm welcome, the very good cuisine, not to mention the fire in the fireplace, allowed us to spend an excellent evening in the large room carved into the rock. Thank you again to our hosts for their kindness and the soul they put into this place.
