Everything was great only thing was the rooftop was not open

I would like to start off with what I liked about the location. The Room was clean, the AC worked well and the location was convenient. This place has so much potential but they definitely take the "rest" out of "resort". The location and management is filled with rules and they like to remind you about those rules all throughout your stay. I felt like the staff was always second guessing our actions. When I texted them before we came and asked if they had a Laundry machine, the return text was "No, this is not a hostel, it is a hotel. When I asked about check out time via text, the response was "11am Sharp!" (do we really need the word sharp in the statement? When we checked out, we were asked to wait so that they could make sure there were no make-up stains on our towels, since those are hard to get off. When we came in to ask for a small trash bag for our room (since there was only one small trash bag for used toilet paper and no general trashcan, we were asked "What do you need that for? We need it for trash! We are a couple in our 50's here on a relaxing time away. On top of that when we mentioned that our shower drain was not emptying and that our AC drips on the floor, they mentioned that they knew but would take care of it the next day (after we were leaving). As a client I would recommend fixing the problems you know exist instead of overwhelming your guests with rules for problems that usually don't occur. Lastly, there is nothing here that makes this location a resort. I would never recommend this facility. They have the location but as a guest you will be made to feel like more of a burden than a guest. It seems like some people have taken advantage of them in the past. I own a business and I get it, this happens. But, this is no excuse for making your current guests feel uncomfortable and on edge during their stay. Use that energy to fix your room instead of fixing your guests.

The hotel is in a great location. Before you head up the stairs with your luggage check the numbering as all stairs don't lead to same rooms and number are somewhat random!The room was comfortable but the one lady member of staff was so rude and aggressive I would never go back.

Very nice and safe resort l can recommend also very close to water taxi

I love the resort but there were 2 things I didn't like. The wifi wasnt good and THE BEDS ARE TOO HARD I stayed there 3 nights and I didn't get a wink of sleep at all.
