Good stay!
Great spot! Was surprised how well thought out the unit was. Nice bed, fresh water to drink, modern shower, good AC. Having bikes for us to use was clutch! Francis took us in the morning to our Water Taxi which was very nice. Thanks!

Very nice villa! Was very quiet. Since it’s located on west side, the sunsets were beautiful!! Seeing all different fish right off the retainment wall was amazing! My only recommendation is make SURE to READ the owner’s fine print for when staying there.

Let me first say that the owner Francis is one of the best people and most accommodating host I’ve dealt with. Very clean, safe, quiet place on the water. Gated resort with bikes. On the south side of island away from the hustle and bustle. We will be staying here again. We stayed in the Moody Blues cabin and it was so nice clean and all was just great. Highly recommended!!!’n

This property is a hidden treasure. Francis the house host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is immaculate, quiet, and peaceful. This is also a great place to stay if you want a nice quiet home cooked meal. I give it a 9 out of 10.

This property was special from the beginning. Owner, Francis, picked us up at the water taxi terminal and helped us bring in our luggage. He was informative on good places to eat nearby and the basic layout of the town. The cottage was immaculate, on the ground floor and equipped with coffee, sugar and some beverages. Bikes were provided for us and everyday we went to town to walk the beach, sightsee, grocery shop and eat at restaurants. For $5 US you can get a roundtrip boat ride with your bike across to Northside Caye Caulker where there are several fun restaurants to dine in. There are lounge chairs to sit in on the ocean side of this property where it's also fun to bird watch. We hope to make it back to Blue Bay Cottage some winter in the future.
