Pas de climatisation
En plein mois d’août, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On n’a pas dormi de la nuit avec 3 enfants dont un bébé c’était irrespirable dans la chambre.
Ils sont intervenus le matin pour réparer mais en fait aucun changement.
C’est dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles.

Otel odaları geniş, temiz ve güzel. Personel kibar ve ilgili. Merkezde olması büyük kolaylık. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Otelden bir gün önce çıkış yapmam gerekti söylememe gerek kalmadan ücret iadesi yapıldı. Teşekkürler.

Tamami ile rezaletti koca otellin klimalari bozulmustu odaya giris saatim gec oldugu icin sonradan fark ettim cikista yapamadim mecburi olarak kalmak zorunda kaldim oda degisim talep ettim tum sistemin bozuldugunu ilettiler sabaha kadar uyuyamadim aracta konaksaydim daha iyi ve kaliteli bir uyku alirdim kesinlikle giris yapmadan tum kontrolleri yapiniz herhangi bir mahcubiyette hissetmediler.

İlk defa Elazığ da konaklama yapmak üzere araştırdığımda en iyi yorumların burada olduğunu görüp rezervasyon yaptırdım ama tam bir hayal kırılığı yaşıyorum. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Sıcak ürünler taze değil. Hizmet yavaş. Hiçbir yemeği yiyemedik. Odada klima soğutmuyor. Sıcaktan yatamadık. Gerçekten büyük hayal kırıklığı

Maalesef çok ama çok eski bir tesis. Odalar çok eski eşyalar ve dekora sahip. İlgili ve güleryüzlü personeli var. Resepsiyon ve bellboy arkadaşlara teşekkürler.Fiyat standarlar içinde. Aynı fiyatlarda daha yeni ve lux tesisler mevcut.

Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not.
