Hotel muito bom, quarto amplo, limpo, cama confortavel, elevador panoramico ao lado do shopping Iguatemi. Ótimo café da manhã com diversas opções; Restaurante do hotel oferece buffet a la carte no jantar ( Pago a parte) Em todos os setores funcionários gentis e educados sempre prontos a tornar a sua estadia prazeirosa. Também tem uma passarela que sai direto do hotel e atravessa a avenida para o shopping proporcionando segurança para pedestres.

Centro da cidade - muito boa. Ficamos num quarto de fundos, sem barulho da rua. Como você avalia o conforto das camas? Muito bom. Espaçosa, colchão firme e bons travesseiros. Tudo muito bem higienizado. A região em torno da acomodação é segura? Sim O que você achou da comunicação com Hotel? Boa Qual o seu nível de satisfação com o quarto? Satisfeita, excelente tamanho e distribuição. Mesa e cadeiras auxiliares para refeição. Tem cofre no quarto. A piscina do hotel é pequena, mas atende bem para poucos hospedes. Não tem piscina infantil. Piscina bem limpa, com água aquecida e clorada corretamente. Tem sauna e academia, que não utilizamos. Mas nos pareceu bem completa e acessível. Desjejum-Café da manhã – o espaço é pequeno em relação a quantidade de quartos do hotel, tanto as mesas quanto o local em que o hóspede se serve. Mamão estava amargo e passado, o que não me apeteceu provar outras frutas, suco de uva parecia reconstituído, bolos secos (pareciam velhos), frios um pouco secos. O pão de queijo, o omelete e o café de máquina estavam bons. Acabamos deixando de experimentar outras coisas para evitar decepção. Enfim o local e alimentação não foram condizentes com o restante do hotel, o que nos decepcionou. Já ficamos hospedados no Swan de Rio Grande e esperávamos o mesmo café maravilhoso;

This hotel is very comfortable for me to live in Brazil. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is very good. It is directly solved at the hotel for three meals a day. There is an underground parking lot. Overall it is not bad.
