Razoável, uma coberta super fina para um lugar que é frio, o ralo do banheiro entupido subindo agua enquanto toma banho, check-in sem nenhuma explicação do hotel ou horários, estacionamento sem vaga, mas nao deixam na porta nem uma vaga para carga e descarga de malas, elevador parou de funcionar.

Hotel muito bom e em excelente estado de conservação ao lado do Parque das Águas. Quarto e banheiro muito limpos com lençóis brancos e cheirosos. Café da manhã delicioso e variado. Recepção gentil e cordial.O Hotel conta com piscina e ela está muito bonita e bem cuidada. Super recomendo.

Ficamos com frequência lá
Não é no bem no centro da cidade, mas dá para ir andando até lá. Fica nos fundos do Parque das Águas. Não tem estacionamento, mas sempre tem vaga na rua.
Hotel grande, bonito. Vários salões.
Gosto do café da manhã, salão do café fica ao lado da piscina.
Esqueci de selecionar que queria quarto com ar condicionado e acabei ficando em quarto com ventilador de teto. Ainda assim foi agradável.

Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo no Voa Hotel União. Ele tem piscina aquecida, salão de jogos, café da manhã completo, quarto equipado, recepção 24h, internet boa, é bem localizado, funcionários prestativos. Não tenho nada a reclamar. A ceia de Natal é maravilhosa! Estão de parabéns!
