Catastrophe, odeur humidité pas de climatisation, sale . Franchement le pire hôtel de toutes ma vie. Arrivée , dans l hotel la climatisation ne fonctionne pas les porte ne se ferme pas obligé de laisser la porte ouverte. Il menace les clients si on met de mauvaise note c pour sa Qu il a pas de critiques allée voir sur Google avis.

Ailecek 3 gece severek kaldık. Otelim konumu çok güzel her yere yakın. Ayrıca sahibi ve çalışanlar bir dediğinizi iki etmiyorlar. Bir daha gidecek olsam tekrardan giderim. Düşünmeden gidebilirsiniz. Ayrıca aşırı uygun fiyata kaldık.

4 kişilik aile olarak bir gece 8 haziranda kaldık. Güler yüzlü karşılama oldu. Oda güzeldi. Jakuzi çok büyüktü çocuklar güzel eğlendiler. Oda da kettle olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Kahvaltı güzeldi. 3 sıcak vardı. 2,3 çeşit reçel 3,4 çeşit meyve, 3 çeşit peynir vb vardı. Kahvaltı İyidi yani. At turu yapmak istedik otelde yetkili beyefendiye sorunca biryere yönlendirdi. At türü için gittiğimiz yerdeki yersahibi Güler yüzlü Bi amcaydi bahçesinden meyve yiyelim çay içelim diye çok ısrar etti. Ayrıca otelin hemen karşısından balonlar havalanıyor sırf o manzara için bile kalınır. Sabah 5-6 gibi kesin izlemeye gidin. Genel olarak kapadokya da kiminle konuşsak kibar ve ilgiliydi. Güzel bir tatil beldesi. Biz bir günlüğüne yolculuğumuz için mola yeri olarak tercih ettik ama kapadokya gezisi enaz 2 gün falan olmalı. Birde paraya kıymak gerek😀

Berbat bir işletme ve tavır. 1-3 Mart tarihinde iki gece jakuzili King suit odada konakladık. Kaldığımız iki gece boyunca sıcak su yoktu ilk etapta ılık olan su tamamen soğuk suya döndü bırakın jakuzi kullanmayı duş bile alamadık. İşletme sahibine ilettiğimizde doğru düzgün sonuç alamadık. Yani jakuzili olmasına rağmen dümdüz odaya dönüştü . Bir de jakuzinin olduğu tarafın şalteri sürekli atıyordu onu kendimiz sürekli kaldırmak zorunda kaldık. Konakladığımız ilk gece sabah erken odadan şans eseri çıkış yaptık döndüğümüzde odanın kapısından dumanlar çıkıyordu. Odada yangın olduğunu düşünüp korkarak kapıyı açtık her yer duman altı ve isti. Otel çalışanı hanımefendiye söyledik bir sorun oldu özür dileriz dedi döndü arkasını gitti. Odayı biz havalandırdık. Koku her yere sindiği için gece o kokuda konakladık. Ayrıca ikinci gece kombi yanmıyordu oda buz gibiydi söyledim tek cevapları hiç böyle bir şey olmadı daha önce şeklindeydi. Odaya gelip bakabilirsiniz dedik gelmediler yaklaşık bir saat sonra kombi ancak ısınmaya başladı. Gece uykuya yattık otele yeni gelen bir grup (geç saatte gelmişler girişleri yapılmamış sabah kendileri kahvaltıda anlattılar) kapının önündeki koltuklarda alkol alıp sohbet etmeye başladı. Resepsiyonu aramak uyarmalarını istemek zorunda kaldık. Ertesi gün bunu söylediğimizde içerler tabi size ne burası otel diye cevap aldık. Bu arada ücreti özellikle IBAN'dan istiyorlar sebebi malum. Fatura talep ettiğimiz halde fatura da vermediler. Her şeyiyle eksik hatalı bir yer uykuda olsak zehirlenecektik özür dileriz deyip arkalarını döndüler sabah söylediğimizde ne yaparsanız yapın istediğiniz yere şikayet edin dediler. Böyle insanların ülkede turizme hizmet etmesi içler acısı. Kapısından bile geçmemek lazım. Ayrıca sonuç bulmak yerine sizi tehdit ediyorlar. Kimseden su ile ilgili şikayet gelmedi diye yalan söylüyorlar sabah garsonları arka masadakilere arıza vardı gece 2ye kadar suyla uğraştık kusura bakmayın diyordu.

Très bel hôtel. De très bonne prestation. Accueil excellent service parfait gérant et personnel à l’écoute. Rien de mauvais à dire à part que vous passerez une ou plusieurs excellente nuit. Le matin terrasse pour le petit déjeuner turc. Vu sur des centaines de montgolfière qui décolle et passe au-dessus de l’hôtel. Expérience extraordinaire. Prix très raisonnable pour la prestation.
