Our room was on the third floor. Lots of stairs to carry your bags. The internet was problematic. The shower is very small. The room has a peek of the water . That’s it. But the view is nice. It is 15 mins to the city center but it’s a hilly descent and ascent back.

We stayed here for our few days in Croatia and wow - incredible. Cavtat is one of the best places we’ve visited. Incredibly kind people and a lovely little town. At the villa, we chose the room with a sea view balcony and it did not disappoint. Waking up to that view was breathtaking, it felt unreal. Our room was very nice as well, and having air conditioning in Europe was a huge plus. The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was very nice, and the staff were the best. They cleaned our room throughout our stay and consistently provided fresh towels. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay while visiting, you won’t be disappointed with Villa Voinic.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Voinic. When we arrived because it was early season and not many people were there, they gave us another room for nothing and even left us a can of larger each. The rooms were lovely, one overlooking cavat and the sea in the distance. The pool was lovely and just been filled. The family were really welcoming and extremely good hosts. If you have mobility issues the hill is quite steep to get down into Cavtat, but there are always taxis available at a reasonable costs to take you right to the apartment door.

The apartment is in a good location, within 10 mins walking down to the main part of town. If you drive here, be aware that the roads leading to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep, which may be a challenge for non-European drivers! The apartment is clean, with a nice view of the sea. But there are a few issues: the railings on the stairs are shaky and somewhat dangerous. The hairdryer has a big layer of dust on the filter which was not cleaned. WIFI is very spotty. Communication was also an issue, as our messages sent via ******* were never answered. Other than that, we wouldn't mind staying there again.

Fint sted, vi bodde i toppleiligheten med utsikt til sjøen. Fint treningsrom og bassengområde. Lite minus for tidlig utsjekk, men de var snille og lot oss oppbevare bagasje da vi skulle senere hjem.

Absolutely lovely accommodation. The rooms are spotless and very well equipped. My room was cleaned every day and the bedding was changed twice during my stay. The pool area is lovely and there were always sunbeds available. My balcony had a sea view which was stunning. It is up a very steep hill, it took 5 minutes to walk down into Cavtat and 11 minutes to walk back up, allowing three stops to catch my breath! Well worth it though, the views are absolutely stunning. The owners are very kind and friendly and seem to genuinely care about their guests. It's a lovely place to stay in Cavtat and I would really recommend it.
