Never had a hotel where I had to complain about as many things
First off room wasn’t ready at check in time which was no big deal really
But then walked into room and it was like a sauna
Took 4 visits/phone calls with very unhelpful receptionist to get it to work (couldn’t adjust temp in room they done it at reception) 😂
Next there was a constant clicking noise from the card holder on wall - which maintaince had to come and replace (said this happens regularly and they fixed straight away)
Shower - hot water doesn’t seem to work at busy times
Tv also didnt work in room
There was that much wrong it was almost comical apart from the cost of the room

Flight delayed and can only arrive the next morning. Immediately informed hotel for possible refund but no response from hotel at all !

I stayed at this hotel again, the room had a partial view of the bay. The hotel is amazing! Choose without hesitation.
The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer.

Where do I start, the hotel was spotless clean, the staff are the kindest most thoughtful, pleasant, well mannered, so very helpful people me and my husband have ever met on a vacation. The food was excellent, the views were breathtaking, absolutely be back soon, if I could give more stars than excellent it would be magical paradise hotel, no down side at all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a lovley week at this hotel.yes if you picky you could pick faults.room was not the biggest but worked well.a/c was fine.food good.only one bit of advice tack 10 tables out of dinning room its a real laf watching people try to get to a table.waiters the same.the location of the hotel made up for it.

We paid over £500 for a night in a junior suit (three of us as). It was fine but no more than that. What we thought would be an indulgent start to our holiday was hum-drum. Room was basic. Felt cheap but clean and modern. Bed in bedroom only worked with streaming. And the aircon rattled all the time it was on. No comp water, biscuits etc. a few tea and coffee options. Breakfast - food was fine- solid 7/10 but the tables are so pact together it was hard to find somewhere to sit! The swimming pool from the photos looks great and it is…but the sun beds are like a supermarket parking lot. And they charge for using the sun beds in the hotel you are staying at!!! Lastly for us, they kicked up fuss at check out that we had not returned the towels we took tho the pool. Manager called to resolve - then remembered my wife passing the towels to them the day before… small but for a hotel charging over £500/ room / night, miles away from the expectations. Ok stay but cost did not mirror experience .

Just returned from a one week stay at Hotel Cavtat. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are super friendly. If you book a full sea view room the views out to sea will blow you away. We opted for B and B as there are so many nice restaurants within walking distance to try. The Breakfast offering was fantastic with lots of choice. We also had very nice pizza's at the pool bar. The sun bed reservation system works brilliantly as removes any stress of trying to get one, we had no problem booking one every day and using the voucher for a cold beer. The pool is small but ideal for cooling off again with fabulous views. It could be a little warmer though as at the start of the week it was freezing. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning.

Having stayed in nany hotels in nany countries Ive never stayed in such a small room. If you stay here you MUST request a large room. This I would class as a single & only one space for clothes but for one abd my dresses wouldn't fit the depth so had to leave the door open. I asked if we could change the room with a no we are full. Fridge broke on day 2 . We reported it and saw nobody . The breakfast is quite good and evening meal was just about acceptable. Facing a brick wall for a week was only acceptable by staying out as long as possible. The plus side, location is the best and the aircon was good .

Hotel Cavtat is the perfect place to stay. The beautiful rooms with views to die for are the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in. There is nothing the staff won't do for you and the hotel is placed within easy/quick walking distance of the main harbour. The roof top pool is gorgeous as are the views from up there. But what really made my holiday even better was the on site Lavanda Beauty and Massage Salon run by Vinko and his wife. He is a master of massage and the facial I had by his wife was very luxurious. What a bonus to have this great beauty service on site. You must try this hotel for both the genuinel Croatian hospitality and for the wonderful self care provided by Lavanda Beauty.
