Considering to go back again. All the staff are excellent in giving service to all the guest. From Reception, Concierge and all the staff of food dine-inn are prefessional. We booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!
