The second bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and an open wardrobe. To access this bedroom you walk through the office. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in wardrobe. The office has a desk and monitor to ensure if you need to work whilst here you can do so comfortably. The cupboard also contains some books and boardgames to keep you entertained. The main bathroom is large and includes a bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom to maximise privacy. One of the features of this house is the generous size under-covered deck which looks out over the full fenced yard. The deck features a large 8 seater dining table, lounge and a Webber BBQ. The fully equiped kitchen, including Smeg appliances and a Nepresso pod coffee machine means cooking while you are here is a breeze. The basic essentials are provided (such as oil, spices etc) to help you get started. The laundry contains a front loader washing machine and dryer.
