It was very quite,cozy and clean,the other guests were friendly and polite. The manager was awesome, polite and courteous and helpful. It's located conveniently to many restaurants and many stores including valley view mall. Very beautiful location

We stayed here from 3/3-3/12/25 and it was very nice. The suite was perfect for the two of us. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and convenient to the areas we were visiting. We enjoyed our visit and will absolutely stay here again on our next trip into Roanoke.

The room we stayed in w as a studio suite and it is very spacious and clean room. It was affordable, nice area, quiet area. The lady working the front Donna was an awesome friendly person. So we would recommend this place to others. Whole place was quiet and well kept.

It was amazing. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The area is very nice with a lot of things to do. The manger is very friendly and is always trying to help. If you were looking to stay here for a while they even have a cleaner who comes every week.

Suite was nicely furnished 2nd floor unit. Unfortunately resident on first floor smoked and the odor filled our unit. Check-in time was listed as 3pm but management didn't arrive until 4pm to give us a key.

Excellent, affordable, and very clean is all you need when looking for a quick night's rest or an extended stay. Helpful and friendly staff for any questions or concerns. And an added bonus is the area is quiet and out of the way. I know if you choose them you wont regret it.

The pillows are amazing. The suites are spotless and everything you could want for shopping and eating is very close by. Jean, the hotel manager is wonderful. She is a sweetheart and will do anything that she can to make your stay amazing and enjoyable. We’ve been here for about three weeks now and she has just been the most wonderful person. Do not pass this gem of a hotel up when you’re in Roanoke, Virginia you’ll be glad you stayed here. We’ve stayed at several properties here and every single one of them are fantastic.

The bed is ultimate in comfort and the room is very quiet and clean. Our manager Tim is very polite and always asks if there is anything I need. Also Tim come up with a way for us to save by paying room rate on time.

I stayed in this excellent place for 10 days this November 2023. I loved the location, the apartment so cozy equipped with everything, enough space for everything. Has laundry room, a gazebo, I loved the yards and the view. But what I loved the most was Geene's (Administrator) willing to assist every guest, it has an excellent and quality service, also the housekeeper was very willing. This place was beyond my expectations.
