Das eizig negative vorneweg, das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer Hauptstraße über Tag muss also mit Fahrgeräuschen gerechnet werden. Alles andere war eifach nur ausgezeichnet. Tolle Zimmer, ein top Wellnessbereich, hervorragendes Essen und Personal der Spitzenklasse. In diesem Hotel wird man so zuvorkommend behandelt und umsorgt wie ich es bisher noch nie erlebt habe.

Hotel davvero sereno. Punto forti: la cortesia della giovane proprietaria (la mattina del compleanno in autonomia aveva organizzato la torta con candelini) e la cena che è davvero eccellente (carta dei vini dedicata al territorio, rincari eccessivi però). La camera era nuovissima e molto ben curata (consiglierei una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto in camera ). La spa è carina, molto nuova. Le zone relax sono effettivamente rilassanti. Forse si può alzare la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina. Si vede che è ancora un po’ un 3 stelle nell’organizzazione (assenza pantofole in camera, kit pulizia in bagno , acqua di benvenuto in camera), ma ambisce sicuramente alle 4 che ha soprattutto per la cortesia della famiglia!

We have visited the Rosengarten-Latemar area many times in both winter and summer, but this was our first stay in Hotel Mondschein. We had a very spacious, modern room with a view over the opposite mountain. The breakfast and dinner were of very high quality. We had some amazing meals and were every day looking forward to our evening dinner (the beef tagliata was delicious!). Erika who runs the hotel has a very extensive knowledge of the area, speaks very good English and helped us every day with finding amazing walks. The location of the hotel is perfect (bus stop in front of the hotel so no need to use the car) and offers access to many beautiful hiking areas: the Karersee and Maria Weissenstein were our favourite places, but the walking possibilities in both winter and summer are endless. We will definitely visit Hotel Mondschein again as it offers excellent cuisine, great service and a very friendly atmosphere!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend nella camera Nuova Luna. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente per visitare Bolzano, il lago di Carezza o sciare nel comprensorio di Obereggen. Ha una bellissima spa con piscina, sauna e bagno turco. La camera e la struttura sono molto pulite e profumate e il personale molto attento e gentile. Ottima anche la colazione e la cena nel servizio mezza pensione con piatti interessanti. Un ottimo soggiorno!

Beautiful hotel with the best attetion
It was a great hotel, it is really beautiful and located in a priviledge zone. The nature over there is amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the service and kindness of their employees, the spa zone is very spacious and new, the restaurant is delicious, we loved all the food (dinner and breakfast)
The room also was very modern and updated, the only thing i would improve is the amenities at the room that were unexisting, everything else was perfect :)

Fantastic hotel close to Karersee
The hotel is very pretty, in a nice quiet area. The rooms are very nice and very well kept. The food was fantastic! And the indoor pool was very nice. (Sauna is only open in the evening). Nina is so helpful and hard working!!

Avrei dato 5 stelle, ma credo che ci siano piccoli margini di miglioramento. Il posto è molto bello, il personale gentilissimo e i servizi molto buoni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una suite e forse qualcosina manca: i prodotti del bagno potrebbero essere migliori e ci si aspetterebbe di trovare un bollitore. La spa è bella e ampia, ci sarebbe il posto per un'ulteriore sauna e soprattutto nella terrazza solarium si potrebbe mettere una vasca idromassaggio visto che il posto non manca. Per ultimo, direi che forse offrire la cena a menù fisso per un hotel a 4 stelle non è il massimo, sarebbe preferibile avere una scelta. Per fortuna il cibo è ottimo e la colazione favolosa.Con piccole accortezze sarebbe senza dubbio un resort di lusso.
