Soggiorno perfetto un una location meravigliosa. Immersa nel verde e nella pace e curata nel minimo dettaglio. La stanza nuova, molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Colazione con vasta scelta e aperitivo con vista sul verde. Insomma, non una nota fuori posto! Per concludere in bellezza la gentilezza di farci un omaggio molto apprezzato prima di partire. Torneremo sicuramente! Assolutamente consigliato!

Das Hotel ist großartig! Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und eine super Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Wir habe uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Genial und absolut empfehlenswert!

Relais curatissimo, pulizia impeccabile, letti molto comodi e colazione varia. Posizione comoda sia per il lago (a meno di 10 minuti) che per visitare Verona. Personale sempre disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo. Possibilità di prenotare la sauna e degustazioni varie. La struttura ha anche una bella piscina.

Peaceful stay in vineyard
Superb hotel situated in a vineyard. Didn’t expect it to be quite so lovely and peaceful. The busy road is however nearby but it didn’t have any impact. Gorgeous room - so spacious and nicely furnished. superior hill view suite - appreciated the upgrade. Couple of very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Would be more than happy to return. Just sad we weren’t able to take away the complimentary wine owing to our baggage allowance.

Wir haben einen Gutschein für das Borgo Romatico über we are travel gekauft. Der Aussteller des Gutscheins ist auch Borgo Romantico. Nun haben wir im Januar eine Anfrage gestellt, ob wir den Gutschein Anfang Juli einlösen können. Daraufhin reagierte die Unterkunft, dass es keine freien Kapazitäten mehr zur Einlösung in diesem Zeitraum gäbe. Lt. Online Buchungsportal ist aber noch etwas frei. Okay, dann baten wir per Email um Auskunft, wann wir denn dann den Gutschein einlösen können. Wir bekamen keine Antwort. Dann habe ich es WhatsApp probiert. Hier kam nach einigen Tagen die Antwort, dass ich eine Email schreiben soll und sie innerhalb eines Tage antworten werden. Gesagt getan. Aber natürlich kam auch bis dato keine Antwort. Daraufhin habe ich nun we are travel darum gebeten, sich bei der Unterkunft zu informieren. Auch hier ist bisher noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Wir würden ja wirklich sehr gerne dort hinreisen, sind zeitlich sehr flexibel, aber wenn es jetzt schon so los geht, trübt das das Ganze natürlich sehr. Tut sich weiterhin nichts, werden wir leider wohl anderweitig vorgehen müssen.
