Ho soggiornato al Residence con la mia famiglia e non vedo già l’ora di tornarci. Posizione strategica sé si vuole raggiungere in breve tempo Bardolino Garda e Lazise, paesaggio da ammirare a bordo piscina mentre ti rilassi e la tranquillità che lo circonda sono a parer mio essenziali, inoltre l’attenzione per i due piccoli ospiti mi ha profondamente colpito cosa che purtroppo non sempre succede con dei bambini. Box di benvenuto per la bambina (5 anni) e doodoo nel lettino per il piccolino (6 mesi). Bravi davvero ❤️

We stayed here as a family for multiple days and enjoyed every single bit of it. The hosts Martina and Riccardo were very friendly and caring. They always managed to arrange services in a moments notice. The rooms featured great AC as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher. The residence features two parking garages, so the car also stays cool during the hot summer days. A huge pool meant, that you yourself can also cool off during said heat. What surprised me even more, is the fully equipped grilling area with a patio and table. Furthermore the location is great, featuring stunning views and Supermarkets, Restaurants and Cavaion Veronese within five minutes by car. All in all I can only recommend this place for truly experiencing the beauty of Valpolicella.

Dit jaar voor het eerst maar aangezien het zo goed is bevallen gelijk voor 2026 ge boekt. Heerlijk appartement met tuin: wat duurder maar de meerprijs volledig waard. Volledig uitgerust. Auto in garage. Gratis gebruik wasmachine. Rust, ruimte in een schitterende omgeving. Niet ín de drukte van het massa-toerisme maar wel dichtbij. En niet te vergeten: Riccardo en Martina die zich 110% inzetten om het hun klanten naar de zin te maken samen met hun team. 24/7.

Con la famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per Pasqua e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. E' in ottima posizione per visitare il Lago e i parchi, dispone di ampio parcheggio e appartamenti grandi e ben curati. Lo staff si è dimostrato attentissimo ai dettagli e sempre super disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren vom Anwesen, Zimmer, Ruhe, Sauberkeit und vor allem der Freundlichkeit von Martina und Ricardo begeistert Wir hatten durch eine große Feierlichkeit mehrere Apartments gebucht und es gab viel zu organisieren. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à la résidence Fontanelle. Quelle belle surprise !! Un lieu merveilleux, calme et paisible. Notre séjour était parfait tout simplement. Nous avions un appartement donnant sur le jardin pour nous 4, un appartement charmant avec tout ce qu'il faut !! Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et nous avons meme eu une chaise haute à notre arrivée dans l'appartement. A notre arrivée également nous avions chacun un petit présent de bienvenue, ce qui a ravie nos enfants et nous même ! Le logement est très propre, le lieu est à proximité de tout en étant au calme. Il y a également une immense piscine et un parking en sous sol à l'abri pour les voitures. Pour finir les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse, ils sont adorables !! Nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour.
