A very good option to stay away from the buzz of Pucon. Located right on the shore of the Villarrica lake, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, sunbathing - everything you need in order to relax. Each room is facing the lake and has its own terrace (although no sunset views, unfortunately, due to the geographic location). A little bit overpriced during the high season and really away from the main attractions of Pucon (which means that you need your own transportation), but otherwise a very comfortable option.

Fizemos a reserva pelo o site e o valor foi debitado no nosso cartão. Ao finalizar a nossa estadia o valor referente a acomodação foi cobrado em duplicidade pelo Hotel. Entramos em contato com o hotel para reclamar sobre o valor cobrado erroneamente, entretanto eles ficam de fazer o depósito e não o fazem. Já fazem mais de 15 dias e até hoje o valor não nos foi reembolsado.

Hotel muy lindo, su ubicación con una vista hermosa frente al lago, vista que tienen todas las habitaciones y restaurante del hotel. Atención del personal inmejorable, destaco a Micaela en sector restaurante, también a Lía, Daniela y Fabian en recepción.y también las personas del spa, lugar muy lindo, limpio, impecable. Nuestra habitación y baño grande, cómoda, con balcón que miraba al lago, la ropa de cama de primer nivel, aire acondicionado perfecto, sin ruido, con reposición de amenities, en general una estadía inolvidable.
Si tuviera que comentar algo negativo me parece que los precios de la carta del restaurante algo elevados, solo eso.
Y por último una sugerencia, mejoraría la iluminación del cartel con el nombre del hotel que en la noche no se ve muy bien.

No existe la posibilidad de ir en Habitacion TRiple a pesar de que la venden.La cama adicional es la parte de abajo de un sommier , o sea , dormis literalmente sobre una tabla.A pesar de que lo exprese no hubo intencion de conseguir un colchon y solucionar el tema, se trataba solo de buena voluntad , y la respuesta fue, la cama adicional es asi.Anexo a esto la almohada estaba super gastada a punto de no cumplir tampoco con su funcion.Lamento sobre todo la experiencia porque fui la persona que lo recomendo a la hora de elegir donde hospedarnos.Lo deje expresado en el libro de quejas.

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, desde que el check in tuvo 1,5hrs de retraso, hasta que no había agua caliente, las habitaciones no tenían citòfono a recepción, a las 21:00hrs desaparece todo el personal, no hay servicio a la habitación, la pieza tiene una posa a la entrada por el aire acondicionado, no hay salvavidas en la piscina, los ascensores están en mantencion, en la habitación hay un calcetín del pasajero anterior, la mucama deja un cerro de toallas sucias en el baño, etc etc…..realmente una vergüenza.
