We enjoyed our stay here, the room was very nice with many chairs, windows looking out on the town. Breakfast at the Ski Bar was also fine. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tourist office. Unfortunately we had rainy weather with low clouds so we didn't get to see the mountains.

We found the hotel well located, comfortable, and the room well equipped with a great view of of the main "Place". The breakfast was excellent and there were useful facilities such as a fridge and safe in the room, and access to a microwave. The management and staff were very welcoming and helpful and made our 5 night stay in Cauterets very enjoyable and memorable. The staff work hard to make the hotel such a friendly and comfortable place. We also really appreciated the very helpful information provided by the Hotel in advance of our stay, including prompt responses to all our questions, which really assisted us with our choices.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’hospitalité des propriétaires. Chaleureux, bienveillants et dotés d’un sens du commerce qu'on ne trouve que très rarement de nos jours ! Ils sont également d’excellents conseils pour découvrir la région. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, confortable, propre et plein de charme. Une adresse dans laquelle je reviendrai sans hésiter !"

Séjour exceptionnel ! Un couple charmant tient cet hôtel avec beaucoup d’élégance et de compétences. Chambres très jolies, une propreté irréprochable, un accueil d’un gentillesse sans égal, un petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, bref un vrai régal que de passer quelques jours dans leur hôtel. Dans un emplacement idéal situé au plein de cœur de Cauterets, j’ai découvert lors de mon séjour ce charmant petit hôtel. L'ambiance est intime et apaisante, loin des grandes chaînes impersonnelles. La décoration est joyeuse, colorée et chaleureuse, elle reflète un charme unique. Ma chambre était confortable, propre et parfaitement équipée, avec une literie de qualité. Les espaces communs, la sky bar, la sauna sont un véritable atout et rendent l’hôtel unique et convivial. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice avec des produits frais, locaux, variés et copieux. Le personnel est juste adorable et bienveillant, toujours à l’écoute des clients. Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'on se sent privilégié, avec un service attentionné et une atmosphère conviviale, cet hôtel est une pépite à ne pas manquer.

We were a group of 13 and had a lovely 3 night stay here. The team was welcoming and graciously accommodated the challenges of a large group. Ambre in particular was super helpful. Highly recommend the hotel-it was beautiful and a great value.
