Posto magnifico, ci sono molte aree differenti con numerosi idromassaggi e zone fronte mare, puoi trovare molta intimità e riservatezza. Il personale è molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il ristorante non è il massimo, la colazione ,anche se molto varia, le pietanze hanno poco sapore. Le stanze sono molto belle e spaziose, ma sarebbe opportuno effettuare più attenzione nella pulizia del bagno, c’è molto calcare nella doccia e i tasti della luce non vengono regolarmente puliti.

We had an excellent stay. Great service, beautiful beach club- really nice. Room is functional and great views of ocean/beach. Breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely ambiance. Nice check in amenities and a beautiful cake in room for anniversary. Top stay.

Excelente hotel com uma equipe muita atenciosa que fez toda a diferença. As atendentes do SPA Luciene e Janaína forem maravilhosas. Ambientes muito agradáveis. Voltarei com certeza.

Très bel hôtel le long d’une belle plage, je précise que j’ai ris une chambre très supérieure de 50 m2, avec jacuzzi et piscine privative, donc je ne connais pas les chambres standards. Personnel aimable et attentionné, conforme à la classe de l’hôtel. La restauration et les boissons ont un prix raisonnable par rapport à des hôtels de classe comparable. Late check out à un tarif raisonnable (super comme nous avions un vol retour en soirée, ça nous a permis de garder la chambre toute la journée) Un peu isolé loin de Fortalezza (mais cela put être recherché), il faut prendre un Uber ou taxi pour bouger (mais honnêtement, je n’ai pas été voir les environ). Architecture extérieure sans originalité (mais fonctionnelle, et intérieur plus travaillé)

Não encontrei um defeito! O melhor resort que ja fui. Tudo muito bom, desde a recepção do checkin ate o checkout. Todos muito atenciosos e com cuidados com os hospedes. Ainda tivemos um iat checkout, que foi um brinde maravilhoso!!!!!!!!!!!

Tudo estava maravilhoso: Comida, servico de quarto, piscina, e a atencao do guest relations. Todo mundo foi muito amavel e atencioso. Eles foram mto atenciosos com minha sobrinha. Montaram uma cabaninha pra ela, deram um livro de historia, um bolo de chocolate, e baloes. Um hotel maravilhoso para casal ou familia. Amamos tudo.

Sem sombra de dúvidas é o melhor hotel de Cumbuco, especialmente pelo atendimento diferenciado dos seus colaboradores, sempre muito prestativos e educados, especialmente o Kawan que sempre que chegamos no Carmel além de muito atencioso sempre resolve qualquer problema e nos proporciona uma experiência única! Desta última vez tinha uns gatinhos lindos, muito dóceis, são verdadeiros mascotinhos, ameiiii.... Além das saunas seca e húmida que estão impecáveis, recomendo a todos aproveitarem o SPA do Carmel! Em breve estarei de volta!

Unser Traumhotel in Cumbuco! Alles perfekt! Traumstrand, nettes Personal, schöne Hotelzimmer und feine Speisen! Perfekt! Zu Empfehlen! Zum Dörfchen sind es 1.7 km. Gut erreichbar mit Taxi oder Uber. Ideal auch zum Kitesurfen mit eigener Kiteschule.
