Very regular service and attention from staff, simple but sufficient breakfast. The worst part was not having beach chairs and loungers and the hotel has several cats that stay around all the time and to top it off a cat jumped and ate the meat from my food plate!! 😫 Hygiene as a whole leaves something to be desired! Good and large swimming pool, but with murky water. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.

I was staying from 12/29/23 to 01/05/24, we didn't have a very good experience! And also in another room my cousin’s family! Very bad bar service, bad beach service, shower didn't heat up, and items were missing from the kitchen.

There are no sockets in the room, only 1 in the bathroom. We asked for a sun lounger on the beach and the attendant told us to look for it and the beach service doesn't work. There is very little water for bathing and it is brackish with a strong smell. Hotel needs maintenance, there are torn umbrellas by the pool. Air conditioning in the room very good.

Localização muito boa, pé na areia a 2 km da "vilinha Cumbuco". Funcionários, toda vez que solicitados, foram muito atenciosos e prontos para atender as solicitações. Jardim e piscina muito bem cuidado. Quartos ruins, paredes com mofo, sem tomadas próximos dos armarios de cabeceiras, iluminação fraca e colchão antigo (apto 21) e chuveiro sem pressão e volume de água. Água do banheiro, incluindo pia e chuveiro escura e as vezes "preta", explicação foi que água vem do poço e sedimentos ficam parados no cano. Café da manhã básico.

É muito gostoso acordar e já dar de cara com a vista linda para a piscina do hotel, porém pode melhorar algumas coisas na experiência como um todo. Achei que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções e também uma melhor reposição.

Os quartos tinham cheiros fortes de mofo. Estávamos em 6 quartos e fizemos algumas trocas para achar quartos com melhores condições. Poderia ter uma iluminação na piscina, pelo menos até um certo horário. Fora isso, foi bem agradável.

Já é minha quarta visita ao Almai e sempre somos extremamente bem acolhidos. Atendimento, café da manhã, limpeza dos quartos e a proximidade da praia são os pontos fortes do hotel. Acordar olhando pra piscina, olhar para o lado e ver o mar; isso não tem preço.
