Molto piacevole.
Hotel ben situato direttamente sulla spiaggia.
Dalle camere si avverte un po' di rumore proveniente dalla strada e nei corridoi per gli ospiti maleducati che rientrano a tutte le ore della notte (bisogna tener conto che è un problema molto diffuso in quelle zone). La struttura è molto gradevole. Il punto di forza è nelle due regazze(sorelle) alla reception che sono di una estrema gentilezza e sempre disponibili. Consigliato.

Posizione ottima , proprio fronte mare e una passeggiata bellissima che ti porta al centro , camere grandi e vista mare bellissima .Spazi grandi all’interno e all’esterno .Elena è il suo staff sono molto gentili . La colazione in terrazza davanti al mare e il top .

Ottima posizione, Camere Pulite ed ordinate, Personale accogliente e Disponibile, vicino Centro. Pochi parcheggi in Sito Hotel Cucina da dimenticare parte Panna in ogni Primo Piatto poi non sanno cucinare il Pesce sembra tutto uguale e monotono.

Approdo per la prima volta all' hotel Excelsior , Struttura davvero comoda e funzionale ( praticamente a 3 metri dalla spiaggia ) , camera ampia e ben arredata , un bagno finalmente degno di essere chiamato tale , molto ben curata la pulizia della camera e in generale di tutto l'hotel . Tutto il Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Torno sempre molto volentieri a Cattolica oramai da molti anni ( oltre 30anni ) , cittadina cresciuta davvero molto nel corso degli anni sia esteticamente , sia nei servizi , nelle strutture e nell'accoglienza in generale.... Davvero complimenti e un plauso a tutti i Romagnoli ( cattolica in questo caso ) che hanno saputo in maniera egregia , investire i soldi dei turisti , offrendo sempre il meglio. Grazie mille di tutto e arrivederci all' anno prossimo. Denny.

L'Hotel è bellissimo, si vede che a suo tempo è stato fatto un notevole investimento. Il personale è gentile e preparato, la proprietaria e sua fuglia Elena fanno del tutto per accontentare i clienti e metterli subito a loro agio. Proprio la proprietaria mi ha spiegato che qualche piccolo e veniale ritardo o trascuratezza nelle manutenzioni dipende da l'ormai diffusa difficoltà a trovare il numero di dipendenti che occorrerebbero durante la stagione estiva ma niente di insormontabile. Siamo stati benissimo.

Hotel super vicino al mare perfetto per non camminare o utilizzare l’auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. Inoltre proprio dietro l’hotel c’è la passeggiata lungo mare molto bella che arriva in centro o all’acquario di Cattolica. Personale di sala e sui piani molto gentile e disponibile. Alcune aree comuni dell’hotel non sono ben condizionate quindi fa parecchio caldo. La colazione è un po’ povera di scelta e potrebbe migliorare la qualità. L’organizzazione della reception anche questa potrebbe migliorare per offrire un’esperienza più completa all’ospite.
