Nice location just 5 mins away from Plitvice national park entrance 1. Staff very friendly and provide all information we need, room and bed very clean and comfortable. Hotel facilities great but we don’t have time to use.

The front desk service at the hotel was very friendly. They proactively reminded us and helped us book the most popular restaurants nearby, which tasted good. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It should be the best hotel in the Plitvice Lakes area. Self-driving or chartered tours are more suitable, as it will be a long walk to the park. Overall, I am very satisfied with the choice of this hotel. Recommended!

Arrived day 1 of our honey moon. To be confronted with an enormous extension to the hotel. Our room a deluxe room with jacuzzi was within meters of the building site - completely over shadowed. There was no way you would get into it with the workmen so close. The outdoor swimming pool was similarly over shadowed by the new building. The hotel did not notify our travel agent !!! I would say I cannot fault the staff as they were more than helpful and accommodating but for now avoid at all costs

This hotel is indeed lovely. It has a separate restaurant adjacent to it which is superb and the food and the service is amazing. However we stayed here for 3 nights. Our intention to visit the lakes on one day and then relax around the pool the next. Unfortunately there is a new hotel which is being built immediately next to the pool. The pool area has fencing down the one side because work is being carried out immediately on the other side. 2 huge cranes stand stall. The noise of the cement mixer/s are loud and clear and the smell of the asphalt was very strong. The workmen down tools around 4.30pm I believe the work will not be completed until the end of this year. If your intention is to be away from the hotel all day and you don’t intend to use the pool that’s fine. But if, like us, we chose this hotel specifically because it has a pool then I would re think about booking. The hotel hadn’t informed guests - even though one guest had booked the room with the whirlpool and spectacular view which is now partly boarded up as it will be the connection to the new hotel! And the beautiful view now replaced by the new hotel! It seems it’s business as usual which is fine as long as guests are informed prior to booking.

Room cancelled day of reservation. Cited system error. Pure BS as we booked over 9 months in advance. If this were the case, they should have cancelled most recent reservation. Hotel was exactly what we had wanted with all amenities we were looking for. Obviously cancelled to accommodate someone else.
