Nice location just 5 mins away from Plitvice national park entrance 1. Staff very friendly and provide all information we need, room and bed very clean and comfortable. Hotel facilities great but we don’t have time to use.

The front desk service at the hotel was very friendly. They proactively reminded us and helped us book the most popular restaurants nearby, which tasted good. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It should be the best hotel in the Plitvice Lakes area. Self-driving or chartered tours are more suitable, as it will be a long walk to the park. Overall, I am very satisfied with the choice of this hotel. Recommended!
