Excellent stay at this hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Very close to the airport and with transportation service. Truly a pleasant surprise and 100% recommended. A piece of the joy of Venezuela facing the sea.

Poor experience. I spent four nights here. Very old hotel, smelly carpets, things falling apart… The restaurant is very pricey for what it is - the food is just not good. I was upgraded to the executive floor… however the executive lounge is “out of service”. There’s no free shuttle to the airport. Taxis at the airport charge USD 25 for the 6 km ride to the hotel. Others in my group stayed at two non-chain hotels right outside the airport and that’s what I’m going to do next time as well.

Las instalaciones lucen impecables, las camas son increíbles, muy confortables y buena lencería, muy limpieza. Al personal le falta entrenamiento en hospitalidad, etiqueta y protocolo. Y a los baristas deben estar más capacitados en la coctelería. A pesar de esta debilidad tiene una gran fortaleza que el personal es muy educado y amable. Se tardaron mucho en la entrega de la habitación. Nota importante: Cuando fui a realizar el pago de la estadía en Bs. como había hecho mi reserva por booking no se podía realizar, algo que no me pareció justo, mencionaron que el punto no acepta los cargos en Bs. solo en dólares. Recomiendan hacer la reserva por la página web del hotel, de eta forma si aceptan los Bs. Sugiero que esta información la debería tener booking y suministrarla a sus usuarios.
