Family connecting room for a family, the room size is OK
Hygiene: When I entered the bathroom, I found that the toilet was not flushed clean and there was 🤢 residue left. . . . After flushing 3 times, I was shocked to see dust all over the tables.
Facilities: Came here in winter, the amazing thing is that I need to call the front desk every day to turn on the heater, I can't control it myself, I have to tell the front desk how much temperature I want, the small room is not warm even if the heater is turned on, the bathroom is like an ice cellar
I had breakfast for 4 consecutive days, and it was exactly the same every day with very few varieties. It was so frustrating.
Parking spaces need to be reserved, 20 euros a day! It’s too expensive
Service: It depends on which waiter you meet for 4 consecutive days. Some are very enthusiastic, while others are very lazy.

The quilt is extremely thick! Very uncomfortable! The soundproofing is particularly bad. I can hear others turning on and off the lights! There is also the sound of flushing water! The shower room is extremely small and different from the picture of the room I booked. This is very important to me and makes me very angry. It is not allowed to deceive guests! And the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all stink! It seems that it has not been replaced or inspected for a long time!

The hotel is well located 20 mins walk from the old town square but next to everything.
It is in renovation partially so the gym wasn't open and the lobby is diminished.
The breakfast although rich and tasty was not replenished and advertised until 12h on sundays but half empty by 10h so it was such a bummer knowing that we paid extra for that.
So all in all feels like a 4 stars but still in progress and for the high price we paid we would have expected more.
