In pieno centro a Catania una squisita sorpresa data sia dalla location ma soprattutto dalla titolare Marika, cordiale, ospitale e molto disponibile! Stanza pulita e spaziosa!ottima la colazione! A due passo dal centro di Catania! Vivamente consigliato!!!

Come posizione non ci si può assolutamente lamentare, visto che dista solo 1 km dal centro a piedi. La stanza è veramente enorme e comoda, peccato la mancanza del bagno in camera. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente lo consiglio per un viaggio a Catania

Esperienza meravigliosa! La titolare Marika attenta e premurosa. Ottima colazione a buffet. Abbiamo avuto anche brios e granita fatta dalla proprietaria. La camera “Amore” è un sogno…Arredo curatissimo, condizionatore, xanzariere, frigo bar, phon e bagno grande con doccia confortevole, camera silenziosa e materasso in memory eccezionale! Lo comprerò uguale per casa mia!!!! Mai dormito così bene fuori casa…certamente un’esperienza da consigliare!

La ubicación es muy buena, a sólo 3 cuadras de Via Etnea, a unas 15 de la estación de tren y bus. Estaba muy limpio, el desayuno súper completo que lo podes tomar en la habitación. Pero lo que más quiero destacar es la atención y cordialidad de Marika! Siempre atenta a mis necesidades. Si tengo la suerte de volver, sin dudas me volvería a alojar acá.

Sono stata 2 notti in questo B&B in occasione di un convegno a Catania. Non avrei potuto chiedere di più ad un prezzo così economico! Camera pulitissima con TV, aria condizionata, minifrigo, un tavolino su cui lavorare comodamente col PC, wifi, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè espresso, zanzariere alle finestre (optional da non sottovalutare!), bagno spazioso, doccia comodissima, nessun rumore molesto la notte... la posizione ottima perché è centrale ma non in mezzo al caos cittadino. Per finire, la giovane proprietaria è deliziosa, si prende cura di noi clienti dal momento dell'arrivo alla partenza, coccolandoci anche coi suoi dolci sempre disponibili in cucina. Soddisfattissima!

La struttura si trova in un quartiere abbastanza trasandato, con viuzze strette a senso unico e clochard che dormono sotto un portico nei pressi della struttura. Assenza di parcheggio gratuito, si è costretti a pagare per un pessimo parcheggio privato 10 euro al giorno. A meno che non ci si voglia ritrovare con la macchina imbrattatq di vernice da qualcuno (per la proprietaria.. che nessuno lo abbia denunciato prima non vuol dire che non sia vero..). Nonostante si chiami B&B, la colazione non è inclusa.. Pulizia discreta con qualche lacuna qua e là. Letti comodi La proprietaria si è rivelata a posteriori abbastanza acida e poco incline ad accettare le critiche.
