The Embassy Suites Tucson - Paloma Village is nestled in the breathtaking foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains overlooking the Tucson skyline. Our upscale hotel features 120 suites, each with separate living areas. Each suite is equipped with two 32-inch flat screen televisions, work desk, two phones, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Of course we offer complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast as well as a complimentary Evening Reception. The hotel has a three-story atrium and will feature the works of local artists. We have 4,461 square feet of meeting space plus outdoor space, heated-pool, hot tub, guest laundry facilities, state-of-the-art fitness center and business center. Paloma Village features a great variety of dining options, spa facilities, art galleries, trendy shopping and Starbucks Coffee. Directly across from the hotel is La Encantada, an intimate, open-air center with extensive landscaping, shopping, patios and courtyards.

The housekeeping services were great. The celery on the appetizer tray was brown and black on the ends. When another person mentioned it to the chef, they were totally ignored and finally the chef told them to "buzz off". The scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet were cold all three days that we were there. The tables were not wiped down and were left dirty. The room layouts were very odd. In our room the bathroom comprised 25% of the total room space and the vanity area was extremely small. The electrical outlets we not very user friendly. The night stand by the bed had a broken leg. We travel quite a bit for business (75-100 nights per year). This was not what I expected from Embassy Suites, very much in need of maintance and poor customer service in the dining area.

Your extra charge to park overnight every night there is ridiculous! Even considering that your hotel is the closest to where we need to be, I told you as we checked out, that we would never stay there again, due to this ludicrous parking charge. (Yes, I know, it's not YOUR charge -- but YOU should cover it, Embassy Suites, so as not pass it onto patrons at your hotel!) Bottom line: when we returned, we stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson Mall which was slightly further, but totally comparable in every respect except that they did NOT tack on a nightly parking charge. Sayonara, Embassy Suites! I've stayed plenty of places nearby before: Hacienda Del Sol, Westward Look, Westin La Paloma, etc., and your unusual parking fee is a joke! Cover it for your guests! Potential Guests: Look elsewhere! Anywhere elsewhere!

Our air conditioning did not work well, the lights and fan in our room would randomly turn on and off and so we had to turn it all off, so no fan because there was something wrong w it in room 241.
We got in late and the check in was good.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
The showers were great.

First off parking sucks! You have to pay for parking and the lady told me $12 a night which turned into $17 one night and $26.80 another!!Then my husband said a few cars down from us another car wrecked into another causing pretty bad damage. To get to our rooms and pool was like a maze. The rooms were decent and clean. Bed was okay. Kleenex in the bathroom is like blowing your nose in parchment paper. For being a "better" hotel I would have thought to have better paper. I am pretty bitter about the parking especially the false statement on the price. For having to pay for parking theres not really any shade and the lot is crowded then of course some people park taking up two spots. Theres no getting away from it, they will walk through the parking lot and give you a ticket reminder to pay for it. Definitely won't be staying there again. It is in a good location, lots of stuff nearby. However I would look into other hotels first.

Noticed at least one of four bed pillows smelled like previous customer. Luckily, I had another to choose from. Husband mentioned his pillows were too soft. Staff friendly & helpful. Thank you!

I last stayed in September 2023 while hotel was in renovation and have stayed at least 8 other times. I had no idea that there is now a charge to park. It had to be paid by scanning the code, plate needed and separate company billing. Why not just add to bill! I am an Honors member and have always been welcomed as same and given water and usually slightly early check in. No greeting , no water and told no way to get in before 3 , said they would notify when ready but did not. New staff but bar still the same but less food at happy hour. Still great made to omelette but less other offerings Would look elsewhere
