We had a bungalow with a view of the river. The room was clean and the beds had mosquito nets already installed. You can eat directly in the lodge; it's good and there's a wide selection of dishes. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The boss helped us organize a driver to the airport on our last day because the Grab app doesn't work there and our driver didn't show up! The funny thing is that the taxi from the lodge was cheaper and nicer than the Grab taxi, so we're more careful now with the highly praised Grab app^^ You can book tours for the park directly in the lodge; on the first evening we did the night tour. To get to the park you have to take a boat across the river; it's only a few minutes' walk from the lodge. We saw many different species of deer and a few small animals whose names I don't remember. "Jack Bauer" (that's his nickname) accompanied us on the night tour from the lodge. He was super nice and explained and showed us everything. The next day, we went on a private bike tour with "Jack Bauer" through the park to the crocodile lake and the ficus tree! He explained a lot to us and showed us the animals. We saw crocodiles, many different monkeys including gibbons, butterflies, birds, deer species, and geckos. Thankfully, we didn't see a single leech, but it was also the dry season; the locals said it's worse during the rainy season. The bikes for the tour can be rented in the park and are in surprisingly good condition. Summary: great accommodation, good food, beautiful national park, friendly and helpful staff - especially "Jack Bauer" - I highly recommend it!
