Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Cat Ba! Snacks are provided upon arrival and the room facilities are also very clean. The rich breakfast the next day was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service!
We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

We spent one night as a family in a family room, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the pier, which was super convenient for our full-day boat excursion. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind — truly lovely people. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped, perfectly suited for families. And the breakfast was excellent: generous, varied, high-quality, and served with the same warm hospitality we felt throughout our stay. A wonderful place we highly recommend!

Tolles Hotel mit super nettem Personal und das Frühstück einfach perfekt. Wir hatten eine Moonlight Suite mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Über die Baustelle haben wir einfach hinweggesehen. Die Ausflüge über die Agentur Cat Ba Adventures kann man einfach im Hotel buchen und sie sind sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed here for 3 nights before going on a 3 day HaLong Bay cruise. It was an all round great experience. The room, the breakfast, the location the friendly staff and drivers. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Cat Ba Island. There is a lot of construction across the street in both directions and it was good to see the process of building.
