The room was beautiful with great access to the pool. Plenty of hot water and the spa bath was amazing. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked really well. We had everything we needed. Staff were nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back for a longer stay. 2 nights was not enough.

We recently stayed at Santai Resort in Casuarina and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. The Balinese-inspired design creates a peaceful and tropical vibe from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully styled, with a large bathtub and a comfy bed that made it feel like a mini retreat. The pool area was definitely a highlight—surrounded by lush greenery and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. It’s perfect for couples or families looking to unwind. We also appreciated the little touches like the friendly staff, the underground parking, and how quiet the resort felt, even when fully booked. Location-wise, it’s a short walk to the beach and close to cafes, Coles, and restaurants. We loved having easy access to Kingscliff and Cabarita while still being tucked away in a peaceful spot. The only reason it’s not five stars is that hallway access to rooms a bit narrow and confusing. The lobby area could also be a but more inviting; but overall, Santai offers great value, comfort, and calm. We’d happily stay again for a chilled-out escape!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable, our 2 bed apartment was a great size with balcony. Great facilities with pools and spa. Friendly staff and good location. We will definately return.

Oaks was very welcoming from check in to check out. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the resort was very clean and tidy. Definitely recommended. Can’t wait to return again soon.

Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, helpful and courteous especially Zoe & Sophie. But the service we received when something went wrong with a piece of equipment in our room was exceptional. Abby, the housekeeping supervisor, personally rectified the problem with the immediacy and cordiality you would normally expect when staying at a Marriott hotel. The goal here for staff seems to be to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they certainly achieved that for us.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning, the atmosphere so calm and relaxing — it was the perfect escape. Every detail, from the service to the setting, made it a truly memorable experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Balinese-style architecture around the grounds and pool — loved the calm, resort vibe. The rooms are huge, and the spa bathtub was pure bliss. Highly recommended if you want a Bali-style escape without the flight! The bed was a bit too firm for me and left me a little sore — though maybe that’s part of the authentic Bali experience!
